Extremely rude & bad service from…

Extremely rude & bad service from Shuttle Direct. Our flight was delayed to Malaga by 1 hr & further delays waiting on our baggage. Company claims it waits 1 hour. However, another of our party arrived on a different flight & on time & there was no driver displaying my name when she went looking for our driver!!! Company claims they were at airport waiting . They rang me, I consistently returned their call some minutes later & after eventuality getting through was met with an abusive & rude man who basically said it’s in the policy (wait 1 hr only)..& I’d have to book again (& pay again) if I wanted another car.(€100!!) he said they only wait 1 hr & then leave. He then hung up!
My argument is that he never showed up at all &as previously mentioned, another member of my party did not find anyone waiting with my name displayed. ( despite being there on time!!)
An unreliable company & very bad service.

Very relabile service ,very clean…

Very relabile service ,very clean transport and polite driver. However the actual meeting point inside the airport no one was there to meet me or other passengers travelling from different countries and the "lighthouse" outside was difficult to find, as it didn't say it was a statue. Obviously through help of other staff in found the meeting point outside. Drop-off was right to our terminal. As a solo traveller I would highly recommend this service

Excellent service

Pick up on arrival and departure on time.
Both journeys were excellent in clean vehicles with immaculate drivers.
The drivers were both very polite and helpful.
We travelled from Reus to Salou return.
Special mention to Leo who was exceptional.
Quality service for a fair price.

Left stranded at the airport at 1 am

Left stranded at the airport at 1 am in the morning. The flight was delayed and the coach didn’t wait after calling the 24 hour help line was told the next transfer was 9 am. Explained couldn’t wait in a near empty airport for 8 hours and told to get a taxi, keep the receipt and claim it back. Guess what shuttledirect now won’t pay the taxi fare stating we were given option of the next transfer even though I was told to get a taxi and claim it back.

However, as outlined and accepted during the booking process within our Terms & Conditions, shared shuttle transfers operate on scheduled services and, in the event of a flight delay, passengers are offered a seat on the next available transfer service. In your case, the next available shuttle was scheduled for 09:00.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover taxi expenses chosen in place of the next available shared shuttle service offered under the booking conditions.
We sincerely regret the disappointment caused and appreciate your understanding regarding the operating conditions of shared shuttle services.

It was nearly 2 hours late and on are return it didn’t even turn up wait has long has we could then had to get a taxi 55€ thanks

Great Transfer

I have just returned from Spain where I used Shuttle Direct for my transfer from Malaga Airport to Nerja. From the moment I located them at the lighthouse outside the airport they were a delight to deal with. Travelling alone I had been nervous about the transfer prior to my holiday but I needn’t have been. They were punctual, well organised, polite and friendly , as was my driver, delivering a smooth door to door service. I received a confirmation email a couple of days before my return journey with the pick up time which also put my mind at ease. Reasonably priced , my experience with Shuttle Direct was all positive and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. 😊

Mixed bag

Transfer from the airport to our accommodation was perfect. The driver messaged when our flight had landed, and waited patiently as we queued for passport control. However, the transfer back to the airport from our accommodation was a different story. After waiting for 10 minutes past the advised pickup time to allow for traffic, I called the transport company, but there was no answer. I was eventually contacted by the driver, who advised that they were 20 minutes away. I wasn't comfortable waiting any longer, and the driver thankfully offered to book a replacement Uber for us.

Transfer from Airport and return Airport

Company very reliable was waiting with our name on a board so we could easily see our driver confirming our destination very polite and on time
On our return journey we had a different driver he confirmed our names and destination arrived on time driver very helpful with our luggage and very polite.

PERECT Disaster!!

PERECT Disaster!!
My sister and me booked a transfer from Mailand-Linate to Bergamo OLD town. Driver spoke NO ENGLISH fortunately we as Germans speak italian. Unfriendly no help with the luggage. He said there is "little probIem" we have to walk a short distance to the hotel. In Bergamo NEW town at a traffic roundabout he told us to get out of the car and walk. We refused - the old town lies on a hill (100m altitude difference, approx.1 hour walk!!) Endless discussions and telephone calls with his boss Ali. He had no permit (you have to pay for it) to drive to old town. Obviously he had never been there before. We forced him to drive. In OLD town he left the car and us including luggage standing there. Arriving at the hotel after a short walk we met him there in discussion with the woman at the reception because the hotels grant the permits. No meeting point for back transfer to Airport was told. We didn`t want to risk to miss our flight back home and booked the Hotel taxi service although back transfer with Shuttle Direct was paid. Hotel arranged perfect door to door service
Lesson learned: Ask always your hotel for transfer service, they know the city and have an interest in providing the best service for you.
DON`T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! You surely will regret it!

A very Long tour

The driver was picking up too many passengers.
The total time in the bus from Alanya to Antalya Aairport was 3.5 hour. We had to hurry a lot to catch our plane.
You are supposed to be in the airport 3 hours before depart time. He should know that.

On arrival at Palma airport we catched…

On arrival at Palma airport we catched the bus to Can-picafort. At Alcudia there was a sportevent causing traffic blocks. The driver was not aware of this what took us almost 3(!) hours to get to the hotel
