I've been a happy Shutterfly customer for several years, but was disappointed a few weeks ago when the annual photo calendar I'd ordered for my husband's Christmas gift got hung up at a UPS center along the way and still hadn't arrived 1 1/2 weeks after the New Year. After listening to my tale of woe, a Shutterfly customer service rep arranged for a replacement calendar to be mailed (expedited) so that my husband could enjoy it before January was over. The replacement calendar arrived VERY quickly. While I was unhappy about the UPS hold-up, Shutterfly did everything in their power to correct the situation.

Shutterfly is my go to for anything photo related.
A+ on all accounts.
I have wonderful items made from Shutterfly all over my home.
I've also created some amazing gifts to friends and family throughout the years, which they've loved.
Shutterfly will have me forever as a customer.

The product is great but not delivery. Perhaps Shutterfly should reconsider delivery methods. I placed the order weeks ago and had to call because it had not been received. The order was replaced. Another order was also not delivered, and I requested replacement for it. I don’t think it has been delivered yet.

So I accidentally ordered my ornament to the wrong address. I hopped on customer service and asked if they could re-ship it to the correct address. They did not inform me my card was going to be charged plus express shipping. I felt totally cheated and lied to. I will not be ordering from Shutterfly again.

I have been using Shutterfly for years. They're a reliable company and extremely customer friendly. Their products are very professional looking. You get your finished products quickly. I will continue to use Shutterfly for future projects because I know the end result will be beautiful.

Last item I made was a calendar. They are probably the easiest compared to my photo books. I enjoy making items for friends and family that they cannot purchase in a store - they have to be made with love just for them.

The calendar I created turned out beautifully, but the first time I received it, I had a problem with the base splitting and not standing up. The representative I chatted with was wonderful and I received a replacement the next week…all is well and I’m so happy with the results and the customer service.

We ordered mugs with photos. There were a few smudges on the images. The team replaced all the mugs quickly and easily. The new mugs were great. Easily best customer experience I've had in a long time

Shutterfly is my go to book maker, I have a library full of family albums and special events.

The customer service person that I worked with was named Prince. He was incredibly patient and extremely helpful when I was very distraught. I’m very, very happy with his service and the outcome. I will be a lifetime customer.

My experience with Shutterfly is always outstanding. Whenever there is an order issue, it gets taken care of promptly.

Didn't receive the prints I ordered

I have 12 grandchildren and made a book for each of them plus I made a revised copy of each book for the parents. I used Shutterfly’s 24 hour design service which worked very well and promptly. I had an issue with one cover and the Shutterfly person on the help phone resolved my issue very satisfactorily. The books were the big hit on Christmas Day!

I enjoy using Shutterfly. I have stored and printed my pictures with them for years. Great quality & great customer service! The site is easy to use with several options!

I have been ordering with Shutterfly for years. Their desk calendars always turn out well, but their holiday cards fell off a cliff this year. First, I ordered 80 but received only 60. Messaged customer service and they special-ordered 20 cards to replace the missing ones -- then those didn't ship out, according to a second session with customer service! They offered gift certificates just so I could go through all of it all over again -- why bother?? After an extensive exchange, they finally refunded me for the original amount of the cards, but I'm still out 20 cards, which is 20 loved ones who aren't receiving a New Year's message from our family. Despicable.
