I wanted to make a simple poster of photographs to celebrate two things - one was all of our pets that are no longer with us - and one was a memorial for the death of a loved one - very happy with both of them.

I love working with Shutterfly to make photo albums and holiday cards. It is easy to follow the prompts and you can have them fill all the photos in to save time and then manually make changes to personalize. It take a little time to familiarize yourself with how to personalize but once you get the hang of it - it's fast and easy. The product itself is beautiful & the photos turn out great. Real people are also on-hand to help.

The quality of your product has really decreased. I have been purchasing calendars for decades. This years calendar might as well have been printed on computer paper. The card stock is that thin. It curls at the bottom when it’s hung. They sent me a replacement and it’s of the same quality which is cheap cheap cheap. I will not be buying anymore from them.

I have done many photo books with Shutterfly. They do a quality product and shipping is quick and reliable even when shipping to Canada. Customer service is great, there’s always someone to help with any questions. I highly recommend them for any photo project.

Very disappointed w my 1st of 2 albums. The agent looked it over for any mistakes..?always have this done before purchasing, I want it made over 8x11. Use my email address- you have it or you could’ve sent me this❗️😟

When I recieved my puzzle, the box was open. I waited to see if all pieces were going to be there as we triend to put it together. We found out that we were missing one piece unfortunetly, so I called Shutterfly, and they reprinted and sent me a new puzzle that contained all the pieces. They made it right and the puzzle is great! So clear, I loved it!

The MAJORITY of my photos looked as if they'd been processed by AI or someone who thought they knew better than me about what I wanted. Most all of them were cropped beyond recognition and hyper-focuses (digitized) so they didn't even look real. I'll Never Trust Shutterfly Again with 8x10 photos that need to go to an exhibition: I'll just keep printing my work myself. Thankfully I received a full refund, and I'll reprint them on my own printers.

This is the absolute best company that I have worked with over the years in regard to making photo books look like professional coffee table books. The website is easy to work with even as a beginner. I have made over 80 books with this company and they have improved from year to year. If there has ever been an issue, they have responded immediately to my requests and to total satisfaction for the customer. I can't say enough about this company.

The tracking of a shipment of magnets was not showing typical details after a few days. I called customer services and they determined that the shipment may have been lost on the truck. A new order was expedited. The new order was received in about 4 days.

I have made numerous Shutterfly Photo Books and have been happy how every one of them turned out. If I ever had a question about anything, I always received helpful answers and good results.

Quickly resolved my issue after I was charged for shipping even though I had a free shipping code. Very grateful for the wonderful customer service.

You went above and beyond! My issue wasn't really with your company as it was really out of your hands. Even though it was not your issue(it was USPS) you still sent out another product and refunded my shipping. USPS also sent me a survey and trust me, I told them they needed to reimburse you for covering their mistake. You might want to consider using someone else for your shipping...

I have been a Shutterfly customer for decades. I not only order prints, but I frequently create photo books, calendars, and specialty items. There’s a reason I am a repeat customer, and that is because all of your products are fantastic and very well priced with specials being offered frequently which is appreciated. I had an issue of confusion with features on some photo books I ordered and the Customer Service chat representative was so helpful and solved my problem immediately and professionally. In fact if ever I have an issue, your Customer Service team is the best. I recommend Shutterfly always.

The agent I dealt with was very helpful in managing my discounts and making sure I received the best possible price for my ordered items.

I was responded to promptly and it was easy to know which order I was talking about. I was asked what remedy I wanted (ie reprint or refund) which was also helpful

Customer service was unbelievable. There was a problem with my order that turned out to be my fault but they replaced it without any question. I will never go anywhere else !
