Poor quality products and customer service is shocking. Avoid!

Bought a Nike hoodie and matching sweatpants. The typical grey ones you see. They were advertised as the new season 23/24 and the ones that came you could tell were completely different and OLD. Like it had the blue tag it’s that old with the hoodie’s hood shape making me look like the hunch back of Notre Dame. The hoodie was still new and clean but why lie and say it’s the new season when it’s evident it isn’t? Just wasting my time. Thought I’d save myself £15 getting it from Amazon but returned it and just bought it from Nike directly.

Ordered my Surfer Beach Mules through Amazon and they arrived 4 days early. The fit is perfect, they're very comfortable.

I ordered 2 pairs of trainers which did not fit. I returned both at the same time, different return labels, both tracked as being delivered at the same time but only received a refund for 1. Contacted them and they have continually strung out the refund, responding every 2-3 days.

After a supply issue and being let down badly by Royal Mail, Shucentre gave me a full refund. The staff were very polite and did what they said they wooud do.

Boots I received were way oversized than standard size so sent them back. Emailed Shucentre (as advised on paperwork which accompanied purchase) saying I was returning and would like a pair correctly sized, but felt that it was unfair that I'd have to pay postage for to return the incorrectly sized pair. They did not respond and I'm now at the loss of postage. Never again will I order from this cowboy outfit. Avoid!

The items I received are not the ones I ordered and over two weeks later they still have not replied my emails.

Like many others (wish I had read before I purchased via Amazon) ShuCentre are best avoided. Sold me defective trainers, now refuse to act as per their obligations under the 2015 Consumer Rights Act. What is even worse is that they seem schizophrenic in their customer service; alternating between 'get lost' and 'what can we do to help you'.

Do yourselves a favour, there are lots of other, far far better, sellers out there!

Disgusting.bought shoes via eBay.ordered 7 wide fit received 6 normal fit.emailed & got a stupid response since which emailed eBay & nothing from them either

Shoes were not manufactured properly with a stitch loose. Seller has been a nightmare re exchange, takes 3 days to respond. I still don't have replacement as of 11th May despite returning to them in good order. Original order was 11th March! Appalling customer service

Rated 1* because can't write a review otherwise. Wrong items sent, ignored emails, even has a card in with the parcel that says 'please don't leave bad reviews, contact us directly', have to pay to return the items even though it states on thier website it will come with a returns label but if it doesn't contact them, no answer. Could probably go on but they've wasted enough of my time, don't waste yours!

After speaking to someone at Shucentre I returned my size 12 shoes, at my own expense, so I could get a larger size 13. After waiting a month all they have done is sent me exactly the same pair back, what morons. Have tried their website to contact them and it just comes up as an error. What sort of company is this????????????????????????????????????????

Ordered Addidas Samba trainers. Great product and service. I ordered through Amazon. Despite poor reviews. I had a great service and product from them. Way to go ShuCentre.

Ordered a pair of trainers through Amazon .Wrong Item sent ,Tried returning but wording on their returns made me un comfortable .If they decide it was their fault they will refund the price and return costs . If not I would get nothing ,. So no shoes cost of shoes and return costs .
I would expect ,either a collection or a prepaid return label. I have learnt a lesson from this . Be very careful buying from Amazon .

Disgraceful service!!! Order LA2101-3439-38928 placed on 13/2/21 by my friend on my behalf and it’s now 12/3/21 so why haven’t the goods arrived or the money been refunded for a service not fit for purpose?
I specifically ordered these as I have a plate and x5 screws in my left hip & femur and have been wearing this footwear ever since 2015.
