Technology- not helpful!
I couldn't book my tickets online, because at the payment stage there seemed to be some technical problems; I was getting a message that the website was not working. I tried at least 3 times, with two different cards.
However, when I called the number, the lady on the other side of the line was very helpful and resolved my problem swiftly.

fabulous service. Absolutely no problems
We booked tickets to see Wicked for a Saturday matinee and took advantage of the 'meal deal' offered by Shows in London. The show was amazing and the choice of restaurant, (Sicily's, Italian Restaurant) provided us with an excellent meal in a comfortable setting within 5 minutes walk.
We only booked three or four days in advance so picked up our tickets directly from the ticket office at the theatre and had absolutely no problems. Likewise, the restaurant had our booking and had reserved us a table accordingly. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Service!!
Initially, I had trouble with the website; not because it was difficult to use - it was very well laid out, good info, etc ... No, it was because I have a billing address outside of the UK and could not enter CC info properly. However, once I called the supplied number during their normal hours, I was able to purchase tickets for pick-up over the phone without ANY issue whatsoever! Truly a wonderful experience and awesome seats!

Very efficient and courteous
Really helpful, friendly staff on the phone who helped me book my experience .only downside is the tickets were sent in the post and you could clearly make out the Shows in London branding, so it's not much of a surprise for my partner anymore!

Wrong date
By mistake I booked the wrong date and had to pay 20 pounds to change this. Happy this was possible but a lot of money for a change t I saw immediately.

We work directly with the West End venues and therefore, as soon as a booking is made with us, the tickets are fully confirmed at the venue and their terms specify that these are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, we do try to go above-and-beyond and help our customers by liaising with the venue to amend a booking if possible but this is subject to an administration fee. Great service - tried to book online system was playing up so called them on number on website, booked tickets there and then. Great service provided. Tickets posted direct to me arrived in 2 days so no need to queue at threatre to obtain tickets 5*

Exceptional assistance via booking agent.
Telephoned early in morning and received exceptional assistance to enable me to decide where best to sit. Agent was so polite and helpful and on top of this tickets arrived the next day - something that my wife and I have never experienced before over quite a number of years.
