From the moment we walked in until our final decision, not only was there no pressure from Judy or Tom, but many, many options were presented for our consideration. Being able to take home good-sized samples was very helpful in our decision-making. Once Tom came to measure, we were further presented with options as to each and every type of flooring we were considering-including, for each option, its upside, its downside, and its price. The ultra-professionalism and flexibility continued right through to the installers, who asked before doing something wherever there was an option available. On top of their continuing to complete a great job, they also were extremely neat.
