I ordered a coat from Shop Our Style and not only did it finally arrive two months after ordering it but the quality was rubbish.

I immediately wanted to return it but the navigation on the website to find out how to return items was comical.

When I finally found the right refund policy page, it said ' to start a return contact us at...' but there was no email. It also sail ' you can always contact us at... for any return questions you have', again the email was missing.

It then stated on a different page, if you need help contact an odd gmail address This is when I knew I had been scammed.

I placed the order 4 months ago and have given up on ever getting my money back. Also there website no longer assists so that says it all. Live and you learn.

Never use ! Ordered a coat and it never came. Emailed them and nothing. Never had this happen before x

Stolen designs and products. My designs are on their website undercutting my prices. i have not given my consent or been paid for licensing my designs. They are exact replicas. Not even any attempt to change or slightly alter the design. Completely illegal and dishonest. I will be taking further action.

Buyer Beware. I ordered a sweater on Sept 29, 2023 and I am now out my $90. The company keeps you on a string for about 90 days promising your purchase, and then when the 90 days is up, they are no where to be heard from again. Can't even file a complaint with your credit card company because of the 90 day rule. Once the 90 day are up, your emails to them go unnoticed, your calls to them get dropped. Or if you're lucky enough to get a live person on the other end of the call, they say they will get back to you and they never do. It is now April 3 and there is still no resolution - no sweater or no refund. I'm out my $90. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Order is still not here. I ordered a present for my daughter's bday which has came and gone by. I Can't get a hold of anyone in customer service. This company is not good. Don't order from them.

Bought some clothes from this company. On their website it says delviery within 5 days. Waited more than a month(34 days), still no shipment has been delivered to me. Tried to contact custemer support, who doesent reply to me.

AVOID THIS CRAP SERVICE. PAID OVER £400 FOR TRAINERS AND SHIPPING NOW DHL ASKING FOR £130 IMPORT TAX. SCAM COMPANY I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP I WILL BE REPORTING THIS AS FRAUD

Ready to place order - stopped in my tracks when I noticed it’s an unsecured website.
Call me suspicious but it seems too good to be true when Mantaray jeans are in stock but unavailable in Debenhams (Mantaray are a Debenhams own label).....

I use the app to keep a list of beauty products/bags I have my eye on. I set sale alerts on particular items so I get a notification when the item drops in price at that particular retailer. I have my staple beauty products set up with sale alerts so I can stock up when they’re on sale rather than paying full price.

I feel like some people reviewing don’t understand what the site/app is for..? Shop Style doesn’t claim to be selling/dispatching goods, so complaining that they don’t sell/dispatch goods is a bit odd. There’s still improvements to be made re. the delay between some items going on sale & Shop Style sending notifications but overall I like this app very much.

The price they show and the price you see when you click on an item are never the same, I'm always taken to the manufacturers site and items are full price. Seems like classic bait & switch.

Would those leaving poor reviews for their experiences with individual retailers please go back and look their intelligence? I believe it was dropped somewhere. ShopStyle is essentially Google but for clothing. (And also shoes/accessories/luggage/furniture/home goods). Matter of fact, I personally believe that it's the best thing to happen to the internet SINCE google. I can't even begin to comprehend how vast their inventory is - it's essentially limitless. I don't know how online shopping would even be possible without this site. You can literally filter for anything - price, colour, size, Heel height, material, specific keywords, you name it. For the reviewers who still haven't gotten it, ShopStyle is NOT a retailer but basically a search engine. One that's as essential to online shopping as YouTube is to online streaming or Google is to online searching. For me, it's ground zero; the starting or jumping off point when I'm looking for anything from cute luggage to an oversized denim jacket, costing about $150 - $200, with studs, detachable hood, colour black in size 0 (yes you can get that specific) . I have found SO many retailers through this site: Revolve, ShopBop, StyleBop, Farfetch, SSense, NetAPorter, ModaOperandi, LuisaVisaRoma - when I turned 18 and finally started developing a fashion sense, it was ShopStyle that introduced me to all of these (and is probably whily I'm perpetually broke) - many of whom sell the same product so I'm able to choose the one with the best price/ongoing sale (the sale and back-in-stock alerts are great). This site is AMAZING and it breaks my heart to see them with less than 5 stars because they deserve nothing less.

I love using Shopstyle as it makes finding the perfect outfit a lot quicker! The app is also really easy to use and the sale notifications based on my favourite brands / searches are a dangerous but fab addition.

I really enjoy shopping via ShopStyle! The site makes it easy for me to see products from all of my favourite retailers in one place. I use filter options regularly to drill down into item specifics and the sale alert functionality is VERY handy! I look forward to receiving emails from ShopStyle on edited products, although they always encourage me to shop more!

I've used ShopStyle for years since it makes it very easy for me to find the brands that I always shop from. I love the app and the app notifications and email alerts I get when something's on sale.

I want to unsubscribe from them I have been doing it for the past six months and they won't let me I get emails every day and every I unsubscribe from they keep coming back very annoying😐

The site itself is good but like other reviewers I've been plagued with spam. Even when you try to opt out of receiving email from Shopstyle they continue to send newsletters and this spammy behaviour really brings the company down (as well as being in violation of the EC Directive). Use the site but don't sign up to the newsletter as they take no notice of unsubscribes
