Worst experience-- Avoid it

Worst experience with it. Ordered first time with them but no any update of my order. Even their contact number is closed on Tuesday.

Thanks for the review, here is some more information as stated in an email we sent to you.

You made an order on the 16th of January, 12:24 to be exact. Your order was dispatched the same day from Sweden. Since the 16th was a Friday, the parcel arrievd to Norway first on Monday and if you check the tracking number you got from us, you can see that the parcel is on its way to you. It is very normal for the delivery to take 2-3 business days to Norway.

Our customer service is open 9-12 and 13-15 by phone, Monday to Friday.

Hopefully the delivery arrives to you today.

tried to call over 2 days at: 800 17 091 - automated answer says: our line is not operating today :D LOL

tried to call: +46317120102 (found on invoice) - number out of reach - Kidding me?

wrote email to info(at)shopping4net.com - no response.

NEVER AGAIN with that company.

We are sorry to hear that you were unable to reach us. Our phone hours are 09:00–12:00 and 13:00–15:00. Yesterday, we had a short 30-minute period in the afternoon during which we were unavailable, but today the phone line has been open as usual. If you are calling the +46 number and the line is busy, you should hear a busy tone rather than a message indicating that we are unavailable.

We have not received any email regarding this matter. Please contact us again with your details, and we will make sure to resolve everything for you as soon as possible.

EDIT: You were able to reach us on the phone and the matter is now solved. A new item has been sent and you dont have to return the faulty one either. We hope that you got a new picture of us as a company after the call :)

I ordered a washing machine was meant to be delivered on the 15th October and still not turned up, it was ordered in September, have sent emails to which I’ve had no reply’s!!!!!

I had a good experience. Shaving soap at a good price and sent quickly.

The order details aren't sent immediately, so you need to wait a bit (I rattled off an email to confirm, but got confirmation later).

Shame on you! ugh!

I am very disappointed with your company. Shame on you! You advertise that it’s possible to pay with "Faktura," but when it’s time to complete the payment, the website switches to "Debit Visa" instead. This makes your company seem untrustworthy.

Why should we pay with Visa when your company already has bad reviews? Of course, customers prefer to use an invoice for security. The fact that your website forces a switch to debit payment suggests that even you are aware of these concerns. It feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid accountability.

Hello,

We do indeed offer an invoice as a payment method to a few countries. Its hard to comment cince we do not know where you are located.
In order for you to be able to buy with an invoice you have to fill your personal number, not have any credit problems and buy under a set amount (8000DKK, 10 000 SEK for example).
From Denmark, the first purchase needs to be made with a credit card and after that invoicing is possible. This is to prevent identity theft which has been a big problem in the past.

Incapable and unwilling to find common ground

In my recent encounter with Shopping4net's customer service, I felt like I was speaking with a machiavellian narcissist.

Despite having experienced a technical issue during checkout, resulting in duplicate orders, the company's response lacked empathy and understanding. Instead of offering a solution or taking responsibility, they insisted on charging for a return label and refused outright to accept any fault with their sales process and systems and rejected my account of what happened. They outright blamed me instead of even offering any compromise to the problem.

This rigid stance, coupled with deflective responses, simply showcased a lack of accountability and customer-centricity.

It's disappointing when a company prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. As a result, I strongly caution others to be wary when considering transactions with Shopping4net.

Buyer beware.

Once again they deflect.

What happened was I verified the first purchase via mobile pay, and I was not redirected afterwards as you would expect, so I refreshed the site.

Now here is where I have a bone to pick with you. You STILL had the items in the cart! There is no ecommerce site that has this behavior. So I concluded the payment process to have failed and repeated the process, and I made this perfectly clear in my dialogue to the service rep. Then the 2nd payment verification FAILED, with the error message stating the payment has already been made.

So here is the summary:

First, Items were still in the cart after the first payment verification. (Seriously, name one other commerce where that is expected behavior a minute after verifying the payment on MP)

Secondly, the second payment method outright failed.

Your customer rep blamed me for not knowing how to handle mobile pay and insinuated that I were an idiot in the last line they wrote to me after I expressed my frustration with his constant deflection.

I don't care one bit what the return label amounted to. I wouldn't pay for a 5kr label. Your sales process is flawed, take responsibility for that.

The replies of your service rep were discraceful and their handling of this issue reprihensible.

Your auto generated response leaves much to be wanting.

You don't give a crap about my issue.

We understand the importance of empathy and understanding when dealing with technical issues and order concerns. It is never our intention to come across as dismissive or unhelpful.
At the same time we appreciate when our customers are contacting us without us being insulted from the get-go. No customer service agent likes being called names, specially in situations they can not do anything about.

In your case, you made 2 orders a few minutes apart and paid both through MobilePay. You were able to see the first order on your profile and even the first payment on your account by that time. The order of under 150DKK was sent as we did not see anything strange about that, it is completely impossible for us to know if you ment to order once or changed your mind and wanted more items. You had a possibility to contact us before the items were sent and cancel the order, but we heard from you first when the items were sent.

We offered to send a return lable for 59DKK. The actual cost of shipping items back and forth to Denmark is a lot higher naturally so there is no profit to be made.
Unfortunately we can not take all the costs in your case, we simply just sent the items that you ordered.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Your experience will guide us in making necessary improvements to better serve our customers in the future.

Donot buy any thing from shopping4net

Donot buy any thing from shopping4net. When you have ordered they will spam you every day with mail to hope to sell more. It is very difficult to find where you can subscribe. I did not give consent to recieve advertising.

Sorry you feel this way. Please get in touch with our customer service through info@shopping4net.com and we will help you with the subsciption to the emails. We only send emails twice a week but we can stop these at any time, as long as we know you do not wish to receive these campaigns.

EDIT: Since we now know your customer number, we have taken your email address away from the mailing list. When you registered your account with us, you did consent to the emails but as said, it is very easy to take these away so from now on, you will not be getting more promotional offers.

Really sad

Really sad that the email response team were rude, abrupt and quite challenging. I had a product that arrived very late but more importantly was damaged. I sent images but they refused a return as they said when I picked off the tape I broke the lid. They said they couldn’t accept an opened item. How can I see its damaged through tape. They also refused to give me an escalation contact. Sadly will not be using again.

Hello Trudy,

As we replied to your earlier review, a packet from Sweden to UK doesnt arrive in 3 days. You had a specific date you needed the shower creme on but since the delivery takes more than tree days, it got to you late. You then wanted to return it which would have been ok up until you opened the bottle, took of the tape and broke the lid.
There was no reason for you to open the bottle if you wanted to return the item. We can not accept open hygiene articles as a return.
You were emailing with the customer service manager. Our CEO doesnt get involved in matters over a 7 pound shower creme but the customer service team tried to help you with the matter.

Stay away from the completely

Stay away from them completely! They have the worst and most arrogant heartless customer humiliating I can't not use the word service at all coz what I have experienced and got from them was a total of angry and frustrating. They have no respect whatsoever for your opinion and meanings. All the matters for them is just money and money and they're so clever to send fees after fees. I never hated so much for my whole 34 years of life an online store. What a nightmare disaster 😡

Thanks for your feedback.
You placed an order on a thursday evening and we calculated to be able to deliver it from us the following day. Unfortunately we had a lot to do at the warehouse and the delivery was delayed to the following working day which was a Monday, the 7th of January. Please remember that the delivery from Sweden to Denmark usually takes between 2-5 working days and you should recieve your parcel shortly.
The estimated delivery time means the day we send it from us, not the time the customer recieves the parcel since no company can promise an exact time on behalf of the transportation company.
Please get back to us if you don't recieve your parcel during next week, we hope naturally that it will arrive today, latest on Monday.
