This company should not even be allowed in business. First of all, I don't know how anyone buys from this site in bulk. There prices for bulk is more money than just going on Amazon and buying 1 piece of that same product. Their reviews on BBB and everywhere else is horrendous. Its a company from China using an USA address. They are not located here. Terrible business...all should stay away. Awful pricing, awful customer service, awful shipping times. It all sucks!

I placed an order for a bookcase. It seems to have gotten damaged during shipping. (At least that's waht they say.

They never contacted me. I was waiting, checked my order, and it says it was "credited".

They wont reship. They want me to reorder and try again, but this time for a higher price.

It took 4 attempts before I could complete the transaction AND the system was incredibly SLOW!

We ordered a printer and they first verified that the shipping address because it was different then the billing. I like that. BUT the big thing is that i wanted to see where my package is in the shipping process 3 days later, and when i called in, they said they have to cancel the order because the warehouse didn't have my printer. They would not give me a better printer as the same price. AND if i didn't call to track my order these people would have never told mw. 6 days of wasted time waiting for a printer.

NO ONE SHOULD SHOP AT THIS STORE EVER!!!!!!!!

An Old English product arrived completely broken.

Shoplet enforces a no-cancellation policy and charges a 30% restocking fee even on unshipped orders or immediate cancellations. That kind of penalty makes shopping here risky. I later found the identical product for over half the price at a different store.

worst customer service. I've ordered products and they have sent me the wrong product without any notice. When I call about it they said what I ordered was out of stock and this was the closest thing they have in stock. unacceptable.

Very good deal, but unhappy that I had to save credit card information in order for it to go through.

Not being A new customer, I have been away awhile and decided to try them again for general supplies in bulk that can otherwise be purchased at most local stores.
Just as in times past, My order was received promptly and delivered right at my front door.
Everything received was in mint condition just as other orders received in the past few years. My review here is not about what I purchased, it is all about the reliability of the Company that I am raving about, no matter what items I decide to purchase or reorder.
That is why I will continue to reorder from Shoplet when stock is low, as I can depend on them to carry various supplies odds and ends that are much needed for my business overall.

Your driver was lazy and negligent, and I'm really controlling my language. It was raining. He had to carry the box at least 40 feet to my top front step. The box was soaked. There's a section of the roof that sticks out several feet and keeps the front door area dry. If he'd carried the box five more feet to my front door, it would have been dry. It was a small box. Henceforth, please instruct your drivers to leave the boxes right in front of the front door, rain or shine. Thank you.

I originally ordered this back on 11/5/25. I received no notice that my order was canceled. I just so happened to check on the status, as of 11/19/25 and seen it was cancelled. Not very good customer service since I had to reorder.

I was shorted an item and I have called at least 5 times and I'm not getting any results. I keep getting the Warehouse has to check on this or the Warehouse has filed a complaint with the shipping company.

I have ordered a lot of things from you and I feel this should have never taken this long to resolve. Still not resolved.

The order was purchased for a business. We had to close for an emergency and there was a sign on the door stating so. The delivery person left the item outside in the parking lot for anyone to take. If the business is closed, delivery should have been attempted the next business day which is standard procedure with UPS or FedEx. I did not purchase from Amazon so it should not have been delivered by Amazon.
