Extremely unprofessional attitude towards prospective clients. If you deal with this company, be cautious — particularly when interacting with Peter Perrior (Manager).
We approached them in good faith for a store fitout project. As any responsible business would, we were reviewing quotations from multiple contractors before making a decision.
However, our enquiry was outright declined. When we politely asked for clarification (e.g. whether it was due to capacity constraints), we were told — and I quote —
“we have capacity but you are going out to multiple contractors and we feel one less would suit better for us.”
This response is frankly unacceptable. Comparing contractors is standard business practice, and responding with this kind of dismissive attitude reflects very poorly on professionalism and client respect.
Hugely disappointed by this experience.
