I used these calcium and D3 before excellent product

The absolute worst customer service ever, and they blamed me.
I had to send them multiple email explaining that their serving size was wrong and that they got me extremely ill.
I tried to tell them that 1/2 of a tablespoon was more than 2 grams. And that I was Taking 5 grams per day.
This is what they sent me .

The product label states that the serving size is 2 grams, equivalent to 1/2 tablespoon, and advises taking 2 grams as a dietary supplement or as directed by your healthcare provider. The label does not recommend a specific higher daily dosage.

I cant believe you know nothing about your product. the studied dosage is 3.2 to 6.4 grams. not only that THIS IS THIER LABLE

Directions: Take 1/2 level tablespoon 3 to 4 times daily, mixed into 8 fl oz of water or a preferred beverage.

so they try to make it my fault but by their own product label i was taking 2 tablespoons a day. (double almost triple the recommended dosage)

So they had me overdosing on their product.
After all that they finally sent this

The customer service representatives on their website are incompetent and won't offer me a replacement product. There are better brands of vitamins and would not suggest buying this brand. Had a bad experience with a employee through email messaging.

I am allergic to corn so I couldn't purchase other brands you would find in a pharmacy or retailer such as Walmart. I was led to Best Naturals by some online research. I am very happy with the price for the amount of product I received. I was very impressed in how quickly they were delivered my the shipment came within two days of ordering. I will defiently use Best Naturals products and website the future for my supplements.

I have used this company several times without complaint. This time, however, 1 item was completely misrepresented and it contained one component that I did not want and would never order. It was not disclosed on the item description as well. So far the company has not replied to my request to return the item. The item was labeled "magnesium glycinate" but the first ingredient was magnesium oxide. Practitioners roundly do not recommend the oxide salt and I don't want it, as well. If this is not addressed, I will not use this supplier again.
