The dress was low quality material and not very pretty at all. You could likely get the same dress from an Urban Planet store for $19.99. I was expecting it to look like the photos and it didn’t. Also they tried to swindle me with getting a refund. You can go to better online dress stores like Bella Barnett for actual good quality. I would never recommend this company and regret my purchase.

I’m pretty sure the only 5star reviews are from family. This company will not send you any products or give you refunds. They literally stole my money and do not respond at all. No product and no refund. Also they overprice cheap items they get from Temu…. Don’t shop here.

If I could give no stars I would. On 16 December 2024 I purchased a pair of heels for 79.00. They sure took the money! Today which is the 11 January 2025. I have not received my shoes and I have sent 4 emails complaining to the company asking for assistance or needing a response. Out of those emails... NOT ONE had been responded to inform me of anything. I later received an email asking how the product fit... again I complained that I had NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. I want my money back and this is a total SCAM. LADIES DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "COMPANY" AND I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I WAISTED MY TIME AND MONEY.

They took my money on 12/13 from my PayPal account, under the name of "Kami AG" and never sent the merchandise despite NUMEROUS REQUESTS. Total con artists. Received an email from Calvin Nyugen which was a joke. No answer despite numerous emails that i sent to them along with phone calls, forms filled out on their Contact Forms, chats that no one answered. STAY AWAY

I placed on order on November 20. The money was taken from my account immediately. By December 9 I still had not received my item and (more importantly) had not received any sort of communication from the seller. Eventually I was promised to have my order in my hands by December 20. That never happened and again no communication from seller. On December 20 I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund issued. I was told a refund would take 5-8 Business Days. I waited 8 business days and still do not have my money. They are unprofessional and unscrupulous at best. I am sorry I ever attempted to give them my business and I am concerned that I will never get my refund.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!. They just took the store down. Made the purchase on 12/11, never received the merchandise. Called multiple times and sent multiple emails. Finally got an email response from a Calvin Nguyen on 12/20 letting me know I could receive the item on 12/26 or to advise if I wanted to cancel the order. I requested to cancel the order and asked for a refund of $184 on 12/20 & khave not gotten a response.

I Was going to place an order... but after coming to the reviews.... I'm not!! This is just wrong. If not for the other buyers I would have been out over $300 dollars

After a month no product and no answer would not recommend.

Just add my story to the pile with all the others. I'm having the same problems with this scam outfit. Bought $350 worth of clothing - took forever to receive it - still haven't received all of it - quality was poor - requested a return, and have gotten no response. I have tried to call their phone and nobody ever answers. Learned a valuable lesson though. Before buying from a company you don't know, read the reviews first. WARNING! Liars and thieves! STAY AWAY!

Bought my dress, needed a size up. Sent a label to, paid for it to be shipped back, Took them a month to tell me they received it, and then they said they sent the email for my dress to be shipped AGAIN … no issues sending me an even exchange…email said my dress was being sent out and I told them they put the wrong size and once I did that and they change the sizing, me and I some how owe them 350$ and money hasn’t been refunded no dress no answer

Bella Valentina is one of the best websites I have ever purchased from! I order all the time when I have events, I always know I can find a good dress there, huge selection and always come through!

Do not order from this place. They also operate as Plus Size Dream Girls. I ordered a size 7.5 shoe and they sent an 8.5 size shoe. I have tried everything (email, website form, call, live chat where no one answered) and no response. All I want is the correct size shoe and I can’t get anyone to answer my call, voicemail, chat, email, anything. And the shoes cost $112!

Like everyone else, I should have read the reviews. I ordered a $71 pair of shoes that never came. I emailed, and finally got a response saying that the shoes were sold out. I asked for a refund and was told I would be given a refund in 5-7 days. Annnndd of course here we are, several weeks later, no refund, and all attempts to contact them are ignored. I filed a complaint with the BBB.

SCAMMERS !!!!!! My story is just like everybody else. I made a purchase for my son. I should have went with my gut feeling and not ordered from this site but he found the shoes he wanted for prom so I did. I never got another email about the status or did receive the shoes. When I reached out to them by email they sent a fake USPS label saying it would be delivered that day. Well that never happened. The person that emails you have an answer for everything you say but it’s never the right answer to get you your item or your money back. I hope God have mercy on their souls for robbing people.

I have met with complete frustration with this website. I placed an order December 4 and a payment of 115.65 US was taken from my credit card. Since then I have not received the item, been promised numerous times that the company could indeed ship to my address and I should wait 5 to 7 business days for an email update. Nothing. I learned that no refund would be given but a credit on my account but I have not found a record of my credit and when trying to use the credit on another item found that the only way to complete the order was to issue more money from my credit card. I now think the company has designated my email enquiries to be blocked and am out $115 US with nothing to show for it. Very disappointing!

This site is probably a scam. They changed the delivery date even though I have a receipt saying 5-7 business days.

File a complaint with the Georgia Attorney General

File a dispute with your credit card company.

I ordered and was charged for 7 dresses, received only 6. Bella Valentina ignored requests for a refund on the dress that never shipped (and I have an email from them in which they told me the dress was canceled). Of the dresses I did get, 3 of them were missing tags / labels and other information, so I have no idea if I received the correct size. I also received 2 dresses that were not the correct size that I ordered. One of the few dresses that did have a brand tag on it matched a dress/brand that could be found on Amazon for half price.

Also, their no refund policy is null and void in the event that they fail to deliver on the order per the Consumer Protection Act.

Also, if you Google their business address - you will find a 4 bedroom house in Georgia, not a high-end fashion store in Los Angeles

I ordered a $62.40 dress from Bella Valentina on March 3, 2024. The order number is 12273.The dress arrived on March 8, 2024. The company sent an xl dress instead of a 1x. I called the company several times at 323-984-0438, and no one answered the phone. I sent several emails and they responded by saying “I need to return the dress and s store credit will be issued. The store has a no refund policy, which is on their website.”

This is a racket. Individuals purchase an item from the website, the wrong size is sent to the customer. The customer must then return the item at their expense; and subsequently a store credit issued instead of a refund. The explanation provided: “the store policy says no refund is issued.” Yes, that is the store policy, but I did not receive the correct size. They did not provide the correct merchandise ordered.

This company did not deliver the correct size of 1x ordered. This is the company’s mistake, and they should be held accountable and be responsible for their mistake. The invoice says 1x, however the dress tag says xl. They should pay for the return. Now that I’ve seen the dress, the material is cheap and flimsy. I do not want it. If you had sent the correct size, then I would have to adhere to the policy. Because this was your mistake, the company policy should be null and void, and a full refund be given to me.

What a way to grow the business, by hijacking the public’s money, and making them pay for a return, that was the company’s fault! Be aware of this company’s business practices. Please refrain from doing business with this company!
