I order a pill through the site, but haven`t get it for 1 week, but it has status "completed" on the site, and they answer "pleas connect the company, who complete your order". And this company doe not answer.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Shop Apotheke. I ordered a product and received the wrong item. Mistakes happen, but the customer service that followed has been unacceptable. I promptly returned the incorrect item, yet it has been nearly two months, and I still have not received my refund. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not received any resolution or adequate support. This level of service is unacceptable, and I am frustrated by the lack of accountability and communication. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue, but unfortunately, I can’t recommend this pharmacy based on my experience.”

Shop Apotheke nutzt 2 unterschiedliche Konten zur Zahlung. Bei der Einlösung von Rezepten erfolgt die Zahlung NICHT an RatePay!!!! sondern auf ein anderes Konto. Sollten Sie dies nicht beachten, werden Sie lediglich darüber informiert, dass die Zahlung nicht eingegangen ist. Auch bei Bildvorlage der Überweisung werden Sie nicht informiert, dass Sie die Zahlung an das falsche Konto vorgenommen haben. Anschließend wird gegen Sie ein INKASSOVERFAHREN angestrengt. Der Kundendienst ist leider inkompetent, sowohl schriftlich, als auch über das Telefon. Bestellen Sie rezeptfreie Medikamente, aber nutzen Sie die Apotheke vor Ort für Ihre Rezepte!

Shop Apotheke uses 2 different accounts for payment. When ordering prescriptions, be aware that payment is NOT made to RatePay!!!! but to different account. If you do not pay attention to this, you will only be informed that the payment has not been received. Even if you submit an image of the transfer, you will not be informed that you have made the payment to the wrong account. Subsequently, debt collection proceedings are initiated against you. The customer service is unfortunately incompetent, both in writing and over the phone. Order over-the-counter medicines, but use your local pharmacy for your prescriptions!

I’m sharing my exerperience with E-Rezept Germany with shop apotheke. I fell for the offer “Code 10Rezept eingeben und bis zu 10 € sparen bei der ersten E-Rezept-Einlösung in unserer App“.
I downloaded the app of shop apotheke and tried to transmit my e-recipe, but it failed with cover and without cover of my smartphone. I mailed to the shop apotheke and I called to solve the problem. The lady on the phone told me that she herself couldn’t make it work. Alternatively, I received very unsatisfactory answers from the team of the shop apotheke. Claiming that I have not placed an order, but in the E-Rezept-app signing “team der shop apotheke” with good news that my e-rezept order has been dispatched. The delivery was very fast, but I received now the bill for € 5. For the same amount I could have received in my nearby apotheke and I would have faster received my prescription. The shop apotheke mislead me with the offer for first e-recipe to save up to 10 €, but I will not sue the company for the amount. I will never buy ever again from shop apotheke.

My package was not delivered. I communicated with Austrian Post, and they say that I should ask Shop-Apotheke to open an investigation. Only they can do that, as the senders. And yet everytime I try to communicate with them, they send me the same useless reply saying I should go to the police if I think the package was stolen, or communicate with Austrian post. Their useless messages and repetitions show they are not even reading the messages, it's incredibly frustrating.

This Spanish company delivered my order to the Netherlands with Herbensurina very quickly and very well packaged

They avoid any responsibilities when you order from their web page from one of their parterns. I have been wasting hours dealing with poor quality customer service.

Placed order that included 2 free samples and a gift. Samples and gift were not delivered and the response from Shop Apotheke was that these items were no longer available, although they were clearly in my check-out basket. They refuse to send the items or refund me.

I never received my order of more than 200 CHF. It’s been almost 3 months since I made the purchase.
I reached out multiple times on their customer support to either reimburse me or send me a new package. However, they keep on responding that they have no news from their logistics department yet. This is either a very unprofessional company or a scam to steal money.

On my first order, the prescription was dispatched some days after placing the order instead of the same or the next day. I received a call to apologize for the problem and I accepted this.

On my second order, my prescription was sent to a physical pharmacy in Spandau for pick-up although the website didn't specify this at all. I understood that I would receive the medicine the next day by DHL. I've been trying to cancel the order for 4 days to get my prescription back in the pharmacy system to buy this from another local seller but this is being delayed regardless of my constant calls. I remain with high blood pressure because of this.

Surely, there will be no third attempt.

Delivery usually without Problems, Now Delivery is not yet grown up, as the shop was already closed to the appointed pick up time.

Good choice, adjusted prices and fast delivery. Everything you need from pharmacy!

Really fast delivery. I have ordered on the phone. On the line was really nice woman. My problem was solved in 2 minutes. My parcel came 2 working days. I am satisfied from my order. I will order again an again

Very bad service and very bad reputation unhelpful they took my money and added a Meinung without sending me my package and now they refuse to refund me!

Be aware of them they are a SCAM

I paid for the Medicine and received it in 4 days. After two weeks they sent me money back for no reason,
After one month they sent me the Fine for not paying for order. After my email they explained that it's their problem but sent me another one.
I sent them their money back.
They sent me third with threat of taking it to the court.

Ich habe nichts erhalten! Unfortunately, I did not receive anything! I see my name as signee on the delivery portal and status "delivered", but I surely didn't sign because nobody came! I was ill and was hoping for that delivery. This was my first ever order. I wrote an email already to support and to the shop. No answer. Called there- annoyed agent said she sees nothing in the system. I ordered not much, about 50 euro worth of Nurofen and some other flu medication, but also for me 50 euro are not simply easily found on the road.

I have ordered from them with prescription, and they send me completely different items which they call it alternative. Usually in the pharmacy they ask whether we want alternative or not. It was my first online experience, and they sent stuff without asking me. After 6 times call and explanation, I explained my problem. They said "we have to change with alternative" which I do not want. I said ok, send my prescription back, so I can buy from a different shop. And then they tried to convince me to keep items with threat that even if they cancel they will send the prescription back in 2–3 weeks and after that the prescription will not valid anymore. That's the only thing I can do is to help you about the situation. They are definitely not friendly and helpful. They always try to find excuse, and put all problems on you.

Just buy your stuff from pharmacy or other shop but not this one. Unfortunately, there is nothing less that 1 star otherwise I would give it.

Chaos in the Administration
I never experienced such a bad Administration. To get my order straighten out I had to write at lest 10 Emails.
and I received twice the product I had ordered.
Stay away from Shop Apotheke, confusing

Most of my order came. They are trustworthy. I love and will shop more using Shop apotheke online.
