Great product, quickly delivered. Excellent allbround

Quick delivery. Comfy shoes. Only worn 1 pair so far. Purchased 6 weeks (11th July) and the material is ripped away from the sole and nearly have a hole through the bottom of the heel!! My original pair I purchased around 2yrs ago, still going strong, but grubby hence buying some more. As I love the shoes and thought I would not have to buy some for a few years. But the quality has obviously declined from then to now. Very disappointed!!

Delivery service is appalling! I have told EVRI that I'm disabled, please ring my bell & required extra time to get to the door. The driver didn't ring my bell. I didn't know that the parcel has been delivered & left by the bin until I read this email. I couldn't get the parcel as I can't go down 2 steps with my walker. I had to call my next door neighbour to retrieve the parcel for me.

Unbelievable level of false advertising. As a new customer I was promised £5 off and next day delivery. Well the £5 only applies to orders over a certain value, but at least I'll get my order quickly right! Nope. Ordered Sunday, finally dispatched Thursday, ready for in-store pick up NEXT WEEK THURSDAY!!!! Seriously? No response from customer service when you try and message. Definitely my first and last purchase from Shoezone!

Thank you Shoezone for making the exchange for a shoe size possible, the delivery was on time. I'm truly grateful

Upon receiving my order I found that the size on the barcode was 11 and the size on the packaging was 9 on trying them on I found they still fit snugly.
So Shoezone need to make shaw they are checking the sizes properly before they mail them and not relying on there scanners to get it write.
As clearly in this case whoever barcoded them did not check the sizes.

Thank you shoezone, ordering couldn't have been easier, the item arrived the very next day in excellent condition. When I tried the boots on they were a perfect fit and look good. Very happy with this purchase.
