I found the whole process of ordering and receiving my shoes was quick and easy. I chose to collect my purchase at my closest shop and was happy with the way this worked. I received notification of the shoes being ready for collection after a couple of days. When I went to collect them I was offered the opportunity to try them on. The staff in the shop were very friendly and welcoming. All in all a very satisfactory process.

I ordered a pair of shoes and the delivery was very fast. Unfortunately, as much as I liked the shoes, they were too big for me. I returned them and received my refund within a few days. I highly recommend them. Even better, if you can, visit their store and try the shoes on before buying.

My new shoes.
Though the item was not in store, in my size, I was advised that they were available online, and that I could purchase them there. Delivery was very prompt also. Having been disappointed with 'Gri-Sport' due to disintegrating rubber in the soul, this will be my first time to wear the 'Reicher' brand.
