They may not always have the best prices or sales but they are very quick to provide responses and very quick to help resolve any issues. Postage is always quick and easy. Their range is pretty great online too! I do think Pleasers needs to be looked into though as their quality has done down a lot and it may not be worth stocking them for much longer at this rate.

Brought a pair of boot for the wife. Got the wrong size. Asked if I could return and get a new size. Was told I can't as the boots where on sale. The boots are still available at the same price and the size I need are available. Be very careful.

Pinup shoes purchased from their site, incorrectly sized, sent back at MY expense, sent me a voucher for shipping compensation, bought a new pair of shoes and spent extra money with them, received shoes yesterday and they have fallen apart today. She is now refusing to refund me for their dodgy items.. Do Not Buy from them!

I recently bought a few shoes from Myalpins and boy, was I impressed! They've got a huge range of shoes to choose from, I mean, every type, style, and brand you could possibly want. And let me tell you, the prices are just right. They won't break the bank, that's for sure.

I have ordered from them 4 times and they have been great everytime. The products always come packaged securely. They communicate during the shipping process and let you know if there are any delays. I buy all my Demonias from here. Highly recommend.

Awful service in Annandale store. Woman running the shop couldn't even be bothered looking up from her phone, let alone acknowledging or helping me as a customer. Go elsewhere.

i paid $11 for express shipping, my shoes did not make it in time for work, once i raised this issue with the company i was refunded the $11 for the express shipping

i have problem with size. if you have muscular calves, the shoes will most likely not fit around your calve comfortably. If you have slender legs, I think you’d enjoy the boots. But if you don’t fit those parameters, better to look somewhere else.

I have bought several times online from Shoeme. Delivery always on time as advised. One of my fave things is that if you do have a query, they respond quickly and are very helpful, and the loyalty program is a real bonus. I would definitely buy from Shoeme again (and again and again 😉). In fact, I have just cleared out my old wardrobe of uncomfortable heels bought elsewhere over time, and to replace them, I have ordered some styles that are gorgeous and proven comfortable, from Shoeme. I won't shoe-shop anywhere else now for heels.
