I placed my first order with your…
Update - Customer service reached out to me to apologize for the confusion that occured. They were helpful making sure that my replacement order was shipped out quickly. I won't give them a full 5 stars as it should not have ever happened, but I will give them 4 as they did help after the problem occured.
I placed my first order with your company and within the hour my customer increased his quantity so I tried to add on to the order. I was told that I could not do add ons, but they would see if they could cancel the order and I would just reorder. I said yes, please do that. They then emailed me back about a half hour later saying it was too late to cancel. I said okay, and just ordered the additional shirt needed to complete my order. I received the additional shirt today, and checked on the original order that was showing as being placed, but not shipped. I contacted CS today and received a response that it was indeed cancelled, and now showing as cancelled in their system. Now I am having to reorder and wait longer just to get my items to complete my customer's order.
