DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM THEY MAKE YOU PAY PREMIUMS AND THEN WHEN YOU NEED FOR A CLAIM TO BE PROCESSED THEY ASK FOR A LOT OF USELESS DOCUMENTATION ONLY TO SEND YOU A LETTER THAT YOUR CLAIM WAS DENIED AWFUL COMPANY.

Do not bother buying this through Shipping Easy, they don't follow their own policies and create all these excuses, 40 days past on two claims and they refuse to refund. Also don't believe these so called "positive reviews" likely fabricated.

News flash you have a low review rating so it’s not just me complaining, some of these reviews are identical to my experience. I talked to your rep and she has neither had a manager call me like I asked and has yet to show me where is writing and that has my agreeing to this “new requirement”. Looks like a civil court filing and a judge making you refund me is how it’s going to go.

Purchased a label through pirateship and paid the extra insurance with ship insurance they have literally dragged this out for months and have yet to pay me out after ups completed there investigations

Completely ridiculous. They denied claim, saying the packing tape "alludes to the contents of the box" Really? We have a 3 letter company name, like ABC or RHW, no pictures of the product on the box, no words about automotive or racing parts. And this rule is specifically about things that tempt thieves, however the box was not stolen, it was smashed up by UPS, and still shipsurance denies our claim! Utter garbage.

I am glad that Shopify is using this service to process shipping insurance claims. It is very easy to use and reimbursements have been very fast.

Claims are super easy, I'm suing Shipstation which integrates seamlessly with Shipsurance, all I have to do I go to my "Shipments" tab, click on the insurance link, and the form is filled up. I've made a few claims over the year, and they have always come through, I recommend them 100%

Outstanding. Once they get all the documents it doesn't take long to get reimbursed.

This was a unique situation and Shipsurance worked with me to understand the claim and pass it to the claims department. They truly went above and beyond.

As a business owner, I never depend upon shipper insurance offerings for my packages. I use ShipSurance because they are easy to deal with, with any claim. I have never experienced any issues when needing to recover loss of packages. The funds are recouped quickly and the staff are friendly and fast.

Terrible. They use every trick in the book to try to deny your claims. Their terms are filled with exceptions where they will pay you nothing if you don't follow their specific rules. For example you can't ship a package that has logos on it at all - ridiculous. Basically a scam company. Avoid at all costs.

Bought insurance with them through Pirate Ship.

They are non-responsive despite sending all paperwork they require.

Don't dare put anything on your box or envelope that has a company logo on it or they'll turn your claim down. Completely ridiculous saying that logo tape "alludes to the contents of the package" and therefore the claim is turned down. Such crap. UPS damaged the box and product plain and simple. Ship your stuff in plain boxes and envelopes if you want any chance of being covered by this insurance.

I sell through etsy.com, shipsurance has been incredible tool for packages that are not insured through USPS, the claim process is super quick and easy to submit, they are just wonderful as you can actually talk to a real person in regards to your claim I have to say that this company is very professional I will continue to purchase Shipsurance Thank you for making things right for me and my customers.
