ShipBull ignores the customer's questions regarding the lost goods. On April 10th, ShipBull began transit of goods ordered from Spain to Estonia and provided a tracking number. The shipment was trackable until June 3rd, when it unexpectedly went missing in Riga, Latvia—about 350 km from its destination—and the customer lost the ability to track the movement of the goods. ShipBull does not respond to any inquiry. Since June 30th, ShipBull has blocked the customer's ability to view their website by country, and since July 15th, ShipBull has also blocked the customer from sending inquiries to official email address, with the ShipBull server returning all messages
