Update: January 2019 Finally, the product arrived, one month after it was ordered, and then I had to pay 25 euro customs.
This is the last time I will use this company. Dreadful ability to communicate. Still waiting for delivery and it's almost a month, as I did last time. Trying to force customers into taking the express delivery route.

As you can see I have used this Israeli based company. I have found their communication initially poor, using a mix of gmail & shopify, but their product is superb, their order fulfilment late ( could do with a better tracking facility for deliveries). Always willing to help.
