The company is likely a scam. Right off the bat, after I placed an order, when it should have arrived.. the 'oops delay' notices started to arrive. With fake tracking numbers.. I cancelled.

Buyer beware of Sheryl Duncan.
Buyer beware. I purchased a pair of earrings and a matching necklace from the Sheryl Duncan site. They had a beautiful website and everything was 70% off because she was retiring. The photo of the jewelry was beautiful, but what I received was junk. Cheap looking plastic and glitter children's jewelry available on TEMU that was nothing like the picture. My emails requesting a refund went unanswered. Thank goodness I didn't include a little extra money for her retirement that they requested. Never again. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

Ordered a pair of earrings from this site and there was a very long delay in receiving the order. When it arrived, the earrings were cheap and the fake stone that had been pasted in had fallen out in transit. No response from customer service this entire week while they are "looking into it". HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Junk Jewelaries
Junk Jewelaries, and return it is biggest hassle, this is what I got when I told them I want to return,
Thank you for your message. I understand that you’re considering a return — and of course, I’m here to help you. Before you decide, I want to make you aware of the high costs involved:
Return shipping: €50–70
Customs fees: €30–50
To save you time, money, and hassle, I’d like to suggest the following alternatives:
✅ 25% refund — Keep the item and receive a partial refund right away.
or
✅ 50% store credit — For your next purchase, with an extra discount.
Many of our customers prefer these options over the complicated return process and long processing times.
If you still want to return the item, just let me know — I’ll send you the return form.

My experience is the same as everyone…
My experience is the same as everyone else's. Cheap jewelry that doesn't look anything like the picture. Story about how I have to return it to Asia and 10% refund. What a rip off. I am disputing with my credit card
FTC complaint will close the site
Haven’t any of you people heard of the Federal trade Commission? File a complaint and get the website shut down!
I am going to attempt to return these…
I am going to attempt to return these cheap pieces back to this scammer. Wish that I had did this research before hand. Agree with the other commenters. Wish I knew how to shut that fake store front down!
SCAM and fraudulent products/representation
Horrible company, cheap junk jewelry that is obviously NOT handmade and NOT originating in a local US store. The website is perfectly done and you only know that you are not getting a piece that has natural gemstones, which was fine. However, the product received is junk costume jewelry and I have received better quality items from Amazon. When you reach out to return you are hit with the requirement to return the items to CHINA at a international shipping and customs price of closed to $100 or they will offer you a "generous" 30% refund and you keep the product or you can get a 60% store credit. The "going out of business" marketing line is obviously a scam and the website peddles false products. This was recommended to me by a relative who I thought had actually been to a physical store and was ordering off the website, but no. There is no address listed, no phone number listed, and it is clear that this is a fraudulent representation of the actual items you will receive. If you see this you will have already been made a victim and I am sorry for us all!
Don't fall for this scam
I purchased 3 items from this ad that keeps circulating about closing her store forever. I did receive the 3 items but they were NOT anywhere near what was advertised. They look like child's crap that comes out of a 25 center gumball machine. When asked about returning the items I'm being told that they have to go back to a foreign country at my expense which will be more than the purchase price. Wow. I was dumb enough to fall for this but BUYER BEWARE!!!!
This Company is a complete scam
This Company is a complete scam. I was stupid, fell for the fake pictures (pictured jewelry looks good-the products received were garbage). Waste of $86. One adjustable bracelet was so cheap that it broke apart when I attempted to open it. Could not give this to anyone, would not wear it myself. In this instance you don’t ‘get what you pay for’…you get much less as it is truly worthless!
Scammers
My elderly mother ordered from these people they charged her 56 dollars and then sent her cheap china made jewelry. They will not respond to return requests even though their website says 30 day returns. I had her do a dispute on her credit card for fraud and she was able to get her money back that way.

This website is a scam. Its a business that operates out of Asia, not handmade jewelry out of Georgia in the USA. Jewelry is very cheaply made, poor quality, arrives from Asia. Website promises "hassle free returns" however they won't allow you to return and instead offer 10% refund of product. Don't purchase from this website its a fraud.
Cheap shit from China
Cheap shit from China. And don't ever even think of asking for a return/refund. They will make it near impossible to return to China and get a fraction of your money back. This company is a scam.
Definitely a SCAM and shame on CNBC for…
Definitely a SCAM and shame on CNBC for allowing their ads to act as a legitimate sob story going out of business and not detecting the fraud. There is no Sheryl Duncan just a very smart Chinese business person familiar with US market gullibility and shipping from CN which is China. Credit card companies should refund customers who get scammed just so that fraudulent businesses stop unethical business practices. Will not even go into the quality of their products . The one star is for their business smarts.
Although the jewelry looks nice online
Although the jewelry looks nice online, it is cheap. The ring band is made of plastic as are the stones. You can get the same quality with a quarter jewelry dispenser at the mall.
I believed the sob story that I read…
I believed the sob story that I read online regarding this poor woman who has to sell off her inventory because she's retiring and each of the handmade pieces of jewelry are one of a kind. Still have not received my order. Just says "label created" when tracking. Dollars lost : $79
Cheap jewelry. Scam!
Cheap jewelry and told that it would cost more to return the product in shipping than the cost of the product itself. Don't buy!!
I was told, "In many cases, the total cost ends up being higher than the amount you would get refunded. Additionally, returns to Asia can take a very long time to arrive, with risks of delays or even loss during transit. As the sender, you are responsible for a successful return shipment. Unfortunately, I cannot take responsibility for packages that do not reach our warehouse."
This is not quality merchandise. You get what you pay for.
I was very disappointed in the items I purchased from this company. The descriptions and pictures were nothing like the items I received. What I received looked more like cheap costume jewelry for teens. I would NEVER wear this jewelry out to make an impression nor will I order from this company again. I do, however, wish her well in her retirement.

SCAM
Complete scam! Ai created store front. Jewelry came from China (extremely cheap) instead of hand crafted by a retiring jeweler in the US. The company appears to want to make things right but complain that returns cost a lot that the customer is supposed to pay (website says company will pay for returns), are risky and take a long time. Otherwise, I was offered 10% money return or for them to send a replacement that without doubt will be just a cheap and poorly made.
