AVOID. Poor quality item and no way of returning. Ordered a dracula sign that I presumed was metal (my mistake) as only ever seen metal versions online. No description to say it was made of cardboard. Arrived in poor condition, sticker on cardboard bubbly and not as shown on website. Emailed, called, contacted on social but no response.
The product (Artificialk Ivy Bush Variegated Green) arrived in extremely poor condition, with stems twisted out of shape and most of the leaves creased beyond use. There appears to be no quality control within Shelf Edge Ltd. With this in mind, they need to review their suppliers.
I personally wouldn't recommend Shell Edge to anyone! They trade on Ebay Platform and they don't consult the buyer.
I was making a Poppy Floral arrangement and I needed more fern for my Floral arrangement. The poppies were really beautiful. But Janine decided that a rubber plant would look nice within my Poppy Floral arrangement. Just because they had loads of rubber plants lying around. Sadly Janine you know absolutely nothing about Floral arranging. I wouldn't trust this company with any flowers. I wouldn't want to be using them for Wedding flowers as this company is Pathetic! They are much higher in price than their competitors. They are a law onto themselves. There's a lot more stockists of tlowers than these crowd of wasters! Take my advice seriously shop elsewhere as I was totally appalled in how I was treated. Shop around and you will get high quality flowers. I personally don't need this toxic shop AVOID at all costs!

Ordered a poppy to go in a crystal vase for an elderly lady who lives in the care home I work at. Gorgeous flower, delivered quickly so I could give it to her before I went on holiday. She is really happy

I ordered a decoration for the Autumn season. It was so poorly packed it was damaged when I received it. I contacted them with pictures to prove the damage only to be given an email denying responsibility even with picture proof. I am disgusted at the service because they are refusing to replace or offer money back. Do not use this company.
