A handset cable got damaged - quick response from SH to confirm no repair possible and quick despatch of a replacement handset, so we had a very short wait and no inconvenience.

As we discussed on the day, as the items had been picked and the driver was approx 10 minutes away from the delivery address, the delivery charge and a restocking fee was required as per our terms and conditions.

Brilliant item for price.
My elderly mother has recently been discharged from hospital and trying to find a suitable bed for her immediate use was made easy by Shelden customer service, who not only provided advice but arranged for a Sunday delivery.
Danielle executed the delivery and installation quickly and without any hassle, providing easy step by step of its operating procedure. My mother has indeed found the bed to be very beneficial indeed and is now very accustomed to using the electronic handset.

Excellent service, reasonable prices
I needed a profiling bed in a hurry for my husband- Shelden Healthcare we’re very helpful and also advised me on the most appropriate mattress for his needs. Their pricing was more reasonable than other companies and when I had a small problem with one of the side rails they quickly resolved this for me. I would recommend them and use again if other equipment is required.
