Sheila's wheels cheapest car insurance with loads of extras so easy on line would highly recommend giving them a look

Really good quote and simple to organise insurance

I chose Sheila's Wheels because they had good reviews and were reasonably priced. All was good until I had to make a claim.

First, their automated phone service did not recognise my number plate so I was unable to get in touch with them after the accident to arrange the free recovery and had to arrange the recovery myself - and pay for it.

Secondly, I sent them accident photos and detailed information as fast as I could. Their initial response was that they thought I was at fault even though it was clear I was not. I was suffering from insomnia, nightmares and in constant pain following the accident so I think you can imagine how I felt after receiving a heartless email like that...

Receiving a payout for my car took months. Sheila's Wheels tried every trick in the book: they tried to charge me excess, then sent me a cheque that could not be cashed in. I had to ring them and ask for a bank transfer instead. When it never arrived, I got in touch with them again only to be told that they sent me a cheque a while ago (the same that could not be cashed in)!

In the end Sheila's Wheels paid for the recovery and my car but the whole process was so frustrating that I doubt I'll be using them in the future.

The quote did not include the protected no claims bonus I asked for, I had to add it and it was close to £100

1st class service, simplicity of completing the online form and paying for it all without talking to anybody, The price was the cheapest quote I got too , overall I would highly recommend Sheila's Wheels to anyone looking to take out car insurance.

Quick,easy,and lowest price that I could find.

The lady I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful describing the policy. The price was a third of some of the prices I’d been quoted.

I needed recovery and the RAC were prompt and Sheilas wheels made it so easy.

Good value and easy to complete online. However I would and still would like a confirmation email to say I’ve purchased the insurance.
