I ordered 1 sweater and one hoodie, the hoodie came first, it looked like the photos but bad quality. The sweater however did not look anything like the photos, not the same print as the photos, not the same color and not the right shape.

I ordered cloths it took almost four months to come and none of the cloths look like what they are meant to and not the right size!!!!!!!!! I sent two e-mails to the company for a refund and return label no response from company !!i was looking for the contact number i did research about this company and i found their support info which is .which is the correct number for this company My experiences with this company was good especially working with customer service who helped me through returning a couple of items and an return TheCOMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE made the process easy Do not purchase from this company helpline:two one4

If I could rate this a 0 star I would. Not only did I receive an item in the wrong size, but the t-shirt smelled like an ASH TRAY. The shirt reeked like a cigarette.
On top of this the shirt was terrible, not as described, terrible material, not a single bit like the picture.
Customer service, equally terrible. Offered me $12 store credit, would not pay for the return label. It would have cost me just as much to ship it to China then the shirt was actually worth. Terrible experience, terrible product, terrible company as a whole. Would NEVER recommend this shop to anybody.

$500 f-ing dollars

do not buy from here! the website told me it was 300 dollars all up and then not long after i buy my items $500 dollars was removed from my account and not only did i get scammed but not even half of my items came and the ones that did were not even the ones i ordered. worst place ever

I ordered a jumper from this website and after 3 months of waiting I received a completely different jumper to what I ordered. I emailed them and all they could say is to keep the jumper and they can offer me $15 to spend on there website ... I paid 30$ For my order. I told them I wasn’t interested in the money and that I wanted my correct order and the just replied with the same email as the first one. Please don’t waste your money here because not only is there quality of there clothes bad but so is there whole company.

Scam! Scam! Not the same thing, my order was to sweaters with cotton, came in a shiny polyester. And they smelled so bad.

the sweater bears no resemblance to the picture on the website - the sweater received is shiny polyester and not the lovely fabric shown on the website. They are only offering £4.50 in compensation for a £30 sweater or will refund if I pay the £24 cost of shopping to return it! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

The company is a scam. It took forever to receive the items I had ordered and when they arrived they were not even close to look like the items I've seen on the website. The size were not the same that I ordered and the materials were cheap. I tried to contact them and they don't want to give me my money back. Also they asked me if I could send the items back to China since I don't like the items and they want me to pay for the shipping wich is very expensive when you are from Canada. I had the worst customers service experience ever. I definitely don't recommand anyone to buy from them.

My experience with this company was very good. The ordering process was very easy, and they even sent me a tracking code for my package. I do have to admit that the package did take a while to come, which is understandable. However, the quality was good for most of the items that I received. The prices were amazing for what I got. I would recommend getting the jeans from this company, they are very good quality. Overall, I definitely would recommend this company.

The vintage sweatshirt that I have received was not in any way representative of what I saw on the website, I ordered a vintage bright blue sweatshirt with embroider writing (what was shown on the website) however I received a darker blue, non-embroided complete lookalike. Not only that, it took approximately 5 weeks to be delivered, with my previous orders from overseas coming earlier than this did. I'm am very disappointed in my order and I do not recommend purchasing off sheheaven.

This website is a scam do not order ! Luckily I have got my money back from my bank . Was stupid enough not to read the reviews before ordering ! But everyone should read this before placing an order ! Pls stay away I don’t know how they are legally taking money of people without any trouble !!

I've order from sheheaven June 15 today is October 2. Ive been getting generic messages from them. I keep telling them how I personally talked to the united stated postal service and they said the company put the wrong address and name on my package and that they have to send it back to the sender. I tried emailing them and even called their number. They dont answer their number that is listed and the emails say the same thing that its in my country heading to me and to be patient when I told them it is not and had talk to usps and how its actually being sent back to them and yet again another email back to saying its in my country and to be patient. Theyre a scam and I waited too long and I doubt the bank will get my money back

By far the worst costumer service experience of my life and this is actually the first bad review I’ve ever written for anyone. I don’t do this for fun- I genuinely want to warn everyone to steer clear of this store. I’ll spare you the back and forth details of my situation but layout what happened. They never shipped me my $40 order, they said they would compensate me with a coupon code, when I tried to use it it said “invalid” and every following sequence of emails disregarded what what I had said and basically repeated their previous emails which makes me think it is all automated. They have no other way to contact them other than these automated emails. They are THE WORST! $40 down the drain and they gave me nothing and wasted so much of my time with their correspondence.

I didn’t listen to the reviews I ordered 2 months ago and haven’t received anything I wrote them and they haven’t wrote me back , it’s literally horrible service and obviously a scam smh disappointed and a waste of my money

Please do not read all the negative reviews, I have had some of the nicest customer service I've ever received from this company.

I ordered 2 x t-shirt and as I didnt receive an order confirmation I quickly googled the company. I read all the scam reviews and started to panic, I messaged them on Facebook and Instagram so see if they could confirm my order to see if it was legit.

Within hours I received the nicest, most polite message on both social media platforms, giving me the information I needed to track my order.

To my amazement I also received both my items within 2 weeks of ordering, which I think is pretty good considering delivery was from China.

The quality of the shirts are nice, however one is spelt incorrectly but a lot of the Chinese companies do this so wasn't too fussed about this.

Feel really sad to hear that other people had bad experiences as they we just sooo polite with me.

I always say, if you treat people with respect, then they will respect you back.

If I could give them less than one star I would! Absolutely awful shopping experience, I ordered 5 tees over 6 weeks ago and have only received one. Customer service is via email and not very helpful, they have refused to process my refund and are very non responsive. The one tshirt I received looks nothing like the images. Do not shop here!!!!!!!

The company is 100 percent a scam. I ordered 2 shirts which took almost 2 months to arrive they look nothing like the photos. One shirt the spelling was not even correct. The shirts could not have looked more cheap or fake. Not even useable for sleep shirts. When I emailed the company back they basically said you can be refunded $6 if I just keep the product or I can ship it back at my own expense, even though the shirt looks nothing like what I ordered online.

Buyer beware they won’t refund or exchange your items.

Shipping took forever! Overall the quality of the shirt is nice. I would recommend going smaller size down. I ordered a Medium and it looks like a Large. Did well through a wash. Another thing threading is way off. I will not over from them again.
