I took a risk and ordered my wedding dress and I love it! The customer service was great and responsive. Dress took like 2 weeks to get here. It arrived vacuumed sealed. It is super good quality!

The dress looks amazing
It was delivered before expected
And it fit my daughter amazingly perfect
Make sure you go by the size chart and not the actual size !!!!!!

I brought my beautiful wedding dresses I’m so happy with how it fits and looks so amazing. They where very helpful when I reached out and ask what size would you recommend for me. As so did take long to get to me when they ship the dress. The dress was well packed.

When I saw this dress on Pinterest, I loved it so much! I was nervous about ordering my wedding dress online though. Here is a little about my experience… I could not get a picture of the back of the dress (it is just a straight across back and the height is about where my armpit is) but I did find out that this is a dress with a detachable skirt. I did custom order sizing and it was a little off in length when I received the dress, it was short. I did not really plan on taking the tulle skirt off so it wasn’t a big deal. I also had to get the dress straps altered bc they were too long. In the end, this was the dress for me and I do not regret my purchase, I love it!

I ordered this dress for my Daughters Confirmation. I put in her measurements and it fit her perfectly. The fabric is great quality. David was very helpful with all of my queries. She got so many compliaments on her big day. I would definately reccommend to others.

I ordered my dress, dress came in falling apart, not looking anything like the site photos, when i emailed "david" whoever plays that role i was completely disregarded and he started calling me "his dear" i took the dress to an alterations place and to fix the stitching, the colors the cheapness of it all I would be paying for a whole new dress from an actual boutique. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!

Shipping was on-time and affordable. I needed expedited shipping for a wedding gown and received it earlier than anticipated!

Customer service is dreadful. Ordered dress and unfortunately way too small. Emails back and forth with one of their reps. The last email stated - I quote" my manager is too busy to get back to you. We can offer a discount and that will be all - if you buy another dress". That wouldn't do us any good?? I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic company, great communication and I received a wonderful dress. I was nervous about ordering online but the product I received is better than what I hoped for.
