Appalling company

Appalling company. Paid almost £4000 for a summer house and the condition is shocking. They came back and replaced the floor which went after 4-5 months. Within 6 months the outside is black (after being treated as directed by the company), windows leaking (which they have re sealed numerous times apparently). Customer service is non existent when you contact them. Basically their attitude is they don’t care. Don’t even reply to emails or calls. I would avoid like the plague.
