The most beautiful outfits! I ordered the Capri trouser and crop set in orange last year in a sample set size 8-10. It was perfect, stunning colour and the fit just right. I am an 8 with 36B chest. I loved it so much I ordered it in the pink, Sophie kindly made it in the same in between size for me again and it's stunning! I was desperate for another set and really wanted it in white, Sophie ordered the material in especially in pure white and made it and sent it in perfect time for my holiday to Sicily. I highly recommend this site, so much care goes into every piece and Sophie goes above and beyond for you and it makes such a difference. I can't wait to wear the white!!!

Sophie was such a lovely lady and was able to adjust my dress I ordered from her and get it back to me in time for the occasion. She was super friendly and amazing customer service. Ordered a dress for my wedding to wear in the evening, I went to Sophie with a vision and we created it together, she went above and beyond to create something even better than my vision. I am so happy I found her as I really struggle with being tall and curvy and I was so anxious about having something beautiful and comfortable to wear on my wedding day. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!
Decided to browse online to find the perfect dress for my granddaughter to wear to my sons wedding which is coming up very soon.
Chose the Maya dress in magenta which looks lovely. After waiting a couple of weeks and heard nothing at all, I decided to contact the seller to update me on my order. I got a response saying she was waiting of the magenta silky material to arrive and she could either offer a refund or choose a different colour.
I notified her that I didn't want a different colour as the magenta was chosen by my son to match my dress for his wedding. Again no response, so I emailed her again (after reading the negative reviews left on trustpilot), to notify her that I would be contacting my bank, police if necessary and threatened to leave yet another negative review on here to go along with ALL the rest of negative reviews. She responded quite quickly saying she had offered refund and was in the process of sending it back and to allow 7 days for it to reach my account. She also stated she was very busy working alone and to give her 72 hours to respond to emails. I did give her the benefit of the doubt and allowed enough time for the refund to be sent. I contacted her another 2 times via email to check on the progress of my refund and have had no response once again. Now onto day 9 and I literally have had enough so contacted my bank. DON'T FALL VICTIM TO THIS SITE!! SHE DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR UPDATES YOU ON YOUR ORDER, STEER WELL CLEAR!!

Absolutely love love love my outfit. Cannot wait to wear it on holiday, I understand some of the negative reviews on the communication and the delivery however, I found that if you contacted them via instagram there was a quicker response, and it was rectified instantly. I think the negative reviews make you worry as does the shopify tracking as you need to remember it’s all handmade so will take some more time and shopify or shop (whatever it’s called) have ‘expected’ delivery dates.
I will be ordering again just with a little more patience and plenty of time.
The quality is wonderful and the fact it’s handmade you just cannot complain, the seams are (pardon the pun) seamless, and it fits almost perfectly (top is just a wee bit long) I opted for standard sizing rather than bespoke so that’s my own error.

Order was to be delivered 22-24th jan. nothing on 25th. I messaged the company to which she said there was a delay and would be sent out next morning and I would receive by 27th. 27th come and still no attempt for it to be delivered by evri as they had only just received it late on 26th. This girl just wants your money. Wish I would have seen the reviews before giving her my money. Stuck with no outfit to go out with

Very poor customer service. My order wasn’t dispatched when ShebySophie proposed to dispatch. When chasing her on this, she decided to send half of my order. When I asked her politely where my package was she came back with a snotty response. I had been chasing her for nearly a week, and she came back and told me she wouldn’t respond to me as she doesn’t work weekends. When I found out my order had been half delivered, I had to chase for a refund. Please avoid at all costs.

I ordered a dress with the guarantee that it would be shipped by the 26th, a couple days after I ordered. I received no shipping email or updates on Shop where I was told I could "track my order", but nothing updated. I needed the dress for an event abroad and with no updates on this dress, I had to buy another from another retailer. I then today received an email that my order was refunded, out of nowhere! Absolutely shocking service. The only thing I'm glad about is that I didn't have to try to get a refund from the shop myself, as judging from these reviews, I was unlikely to receive any response at all. But if I hadn't ordered a backup dress (which I shouldn't have had to do) it would've been terrible.
It's understandable that she is perhaps struggling to keep up with orders, but if that is the case they should stop selling items for the time being. The fact that you can still buy things from it is ridiculous. It seems that no one is receiving their orders. I hate to give a bad review, but don't order from here until they fix the issues going on with this business.

I Ordered a dress in sale not custom made i received dress which has a noticeable mark on. This was communicated and address was sent back I originally asked for exchange then i asked for a refund. I returned item back and item was signed for 1/8/23.
I haven’t received my money or even a replacement item which is no longer required now.
Since then i have made repeated attempts to contact her via email and message system on website without her communicating back.
Out of principle i will be pursuing this matter!! You cant take peoples hard working money and not have decency to communicate or give back what is owed!

UPDATE 1/9/23: I Raised a dispute with my bank and provided all evidence of transaction, and communication and i have been given a refund they will claim money back from her bank as money was paid straight to her account!
I have noticed she has now removed most things off her depop to pretend like she hasn't been active for last 2 years! Important always take a screenshot of everything when dealing with private sellers! Contact your banks and claim your money back guys!!

This girl and her ‘business’ are an absolute joke. Missed dispatch date, I emailed her and it went ignored. Emailed a week later as I needed the dress for a wedding on 10th august and wanted to make sure it’d arrive. Again ignored. I messaged her on Instagram and then raised a dispute with PayPal. Finally got a response to say it’s been dispatched then the following morning a message to say she’d asked for it not to be collected because I had raised a dispute. So she lied when she said it had already been dispatched?! Absolute joker. By the looks of her reviews I’m not the first person this has happened to, seems she has a habit of picking and choosing which orders she fulfils.
I’m now left without a dress for a wedding in less than a week, she’s said that she has refunded me yet no sign of it yet. Don’t waste your money. Avoid!!!

Bad communication and bad service

Ordered over two weeks ago, estimated dispatch date 24th July.
No communication regarding the delay on dispatch, once I raised the issue with the seller she said "all orders were sent today" no apology!
Three days later no sign of the delivery or the tracking number that I requested.

When i raised a dispute with PayPal for a full refund the seller then messaged back to say "I see you have raised a dispute, I'll get in touch with the delivery company and ask them not to deliver"

The two comments above are the only communication I had in three weeks and the estimated delivery time was 5 - 7 days.

Shocking!

You don’t have any legality in stating “no refunds” on your website.

The Uk consumer rights law states otherwise so please reply to me or this will be taken up further, i know my rights & I won’t let this lie

I made an order on 1st March and the courier lost this. I raised this with Sophie and she responded instantly saying she’ll look into it for me and will sort it for me. She then did not respond for over a week and then finally replied saying I have to wait 15 working days.
Once the 15 working days was over I messaged again asking if she can now re send this and did not hear from her for another few days. Then she finally replied saying by me messaging her constantly it will slow her down. She then continued to tell me this will be sent out to me on Monday and will email the tracking over to me. It then got to the Thursday and I emailed and dmed again asking if this had been sent and she continued to ignore me and then I received a email saying it had been shipped finally yet still no reply to my DM or Email. My boyfriend Dmed her to see if she responded and she did so I was point blank being ignored.

I have never experienced more awful customer and do not buy from this brand as she will take your money and not send you the products for ages or issue a refund. I did end up receiving my products 6 weeks later yet have seen the reviews on here and others did not receive there’s.

Ordered a playsuite from Sophie and I was worried it wouldn’t be here on time due to the delivery issues. She was amazing with replying to my messages, the quality of my outfit was incredible. Would definitely recommend and would order again x

Absolutely shocking service. Was quick to reply when I was asking if the dress would come in time for when I needed it, all full of empty promises. The dress didn’t arrive on time, asked her to chase it up with courier and received no reply. Have emailed since about returning the item as it is no longer needed after it didn’t arrive in time and had discussed over email I would have it by the date I asked for. Now I have been ignored since. Shocking customer service

Absolutely highest quality at affordable prices,classy and beautiful clothing.

Been buying from Sophie for A few years now, so glad I found this brand as I’m an awkward size and I’m on my 5th made to measure dress always fit like a glove & she offers alterations if they don’t. Sent back one to have it shortened and it was back within a week. Always prefer handmade as you can just tell the difference.
