I had a fault on the unit which was only just over 1 year old. I sent a video of the issue ans with no issues at all a new unit was sent for the defective one. Excellent service thank you

Ordered the Shark WandVac 2.0 direct from SharkNinja and the delivery experience was punishing. DPD missed four consecutive delivery windows I booked over almost 2 weeks, with no real explanation and no attempt even logged for most of them. Customer service was no better, I was passed between several different advisors who gave inconsistent and at times flatly inaccurate updates, including being told a parcel was ready for collection when it hadn't even been picked up by the courier. I eventually had to call and push hard just to get a replacement moving, and was promised Royal Mail, only for it to be sent with DPD again regardless. The vacuum did eventually turn up, but the whole process was so drawn-out, disorganised and dismissive that it left me feeling like an afterthought as a customer. It's completely put me off ordering directly from SharkNinja again.

Easy to use website with all the information you could possibly need. Fast delivery, in fact arrived earlier than I thought it would. Absolutely first class all round

I had thought it may be a few days for delivery , later the same day I got updates and then the items was delivered the next day .
I’ve just bought a few days ago so use has been limited but am impressed by build quality , features and versatility .
First batch of soup turned out well with minimal involvement necessary .
Look forward to trying other recipes , pasta sauces etc

Very impressed with my new cordless self emptying stick hoover. replacement for my old one. cleans and picks up much better. i like it has 3 power levels and empties into the holding bin. ordered and received within 24 hours,and automatic registering of the guarantee by Shark as ordered direct from their website.
