Ninja Pro 4.5L. Good Afternoon, I have just purchased the above Air Fryer, and I need some help and advice. I have read the Instructions leaflet that accompanied the unit, however I can’t find anything on what temperature or timings to cook anything at, I haven’t used the fryer yet in case I have to send it back because you can’t help. An early reply would be appreciated

A big tick for the packaging as it is cardboard and paper-no plastic bags covering everything!
Assembly was simple and straightforward, as was the charging. Two niggles-because the item is top heavy, the motor section has to be unplugged and folded over towards the floor-how long is the hose going to last doing that each time, I wonder? There IS a moulded plastic hook on the back, but no bracket supplied to hook it onto, as then it could just be hung on the wall. Or, maybe that used to happen and the hook did not last? Finally, it's made in China.....

Ordering was straightforward and next day delivery was awesome

The wand on my hoover broke late on Friday night. Contacted shark online. Had a reply pretty much straight away. Replacement delivered on Wednesday. Would have been earlier I think but the email went to my junk.
Straight forward, easy process. Great communication
