TVs in Netflix family
Hey, I would be glad if you'd put a big red note that in some countries there is no possibility of using TV with Netflix Family. Or just tell subscribers before buying a subscription that we do not guarantee they will have the option to use Netflix directly on TV.
I know there is a note, but it probably isn't that visible to them, since they ignore it.
I've experienced multiple times that they were unhappy because they couldn't use it, as we had like 2-3 TVs in the family. And the only thing I was doing was allowing a new TV every few days and sometimes every few hours, since there can only be one TV in the family.
I also got reported for this and had some subscribers leave their subscription because they thought it was my fault.
So I would be glad if you'd make a big sign for Netflix subscribers before buying and also a smaller one somewhere on the subscription homepage, stating that we do not guarantee they can use Netflix directly on TV (only with a laptop and HDMI cable or so).
By the way, there is no exact date for the experience. It happened a few times, and I don't know the exact dates.

Beware! Sharesub Can Stop Payments and Block Your Account
I’ve been a Sharesub customer for over a year and initially was very satisfied. I took a family Spotify subscription specifically to minimize costs and share it via Sharesub with other users.
At first, everything worked as promised, but then Sharesub suddenly stopped paying without any notification. This left me paying for a subscription I thought was shared, causing unnecessary monthly expenses.
To make matters worse, my account was blocked, so I have no control or visibility over my subscription, while it may still be offered to others.
Sharesub’s lack of transparency and communication is extremely disappointing. What started as a positive experience turned into a frustrating and costly situation.
I strongly hope Sharesub will contact me to explain, apologize, and provide a fair resolution.

Love this app. I get access to all the subscriptions for a fraction of the price and none of the long term commitments. I also sell spare places on my subscriptions to pay for the others! Readly, appletv, disney. Its great!

Reliable service and good support
I’ve been using this service since May 22, 2024 and so far my experience has been very good. I currently rent several profiles including Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV, Prime Video, Spotify, and I also have two accounts for Crunchyroll and HBO.
Everything has worked smoothly and the accounts are stable. Whenever I’ve needed help, support has been quick to respond and resolve the issue. Payments are also processed fast and on the expected dates.
Overall, it’s been a reliable service and I’m happy with it.
