So far I have not even got through to getting a tenancy agreement and they have already breached GDPR by sending out (unlawfully) guarantor forms to a person without my consent or knowledge, whos details were only given as next of kin in case of emergency. I would not ever use these guys personally, I found a room through spare room and it's extremely unfortunate I even have to speak to them. Who knows who they are sending my personal details out to.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.

They do not care about their tenants or their properties. They will try to stuff their properties with as many people as they can. Worst experience of my life.

They will use different names. Ravi, Roy are some of them. Do not give them a penny. The positive reviews are written by associates of the owner/manager so don’t believe them

The property at 254 Sulivan Court is very dodgy. Letters from banks and HMRC to companies registered at the address.

This company is involved in scamming tenants by providing false information about the inclusions in the rent that they charge. Their agents claim that bills such as council taxes, water, and internet are covered in the rent, but later, their accountant RV sends invoices claiming that tenants owe them money. Furthermore, the company is not responsible for maintaining essential appliances like the fridge and tumble dryer, which the tenants are entitled to use. Instead, they claim that these appliances are not included in the contract and tenants must bear the cost of repair or replacement. They even suggest tenants take out a loan from the company, which will then be added to their monthly rent. Moreover, the company is sending overcharged invoices for cleaning and maintenance work, which indicates their fraudulent practices.
It has been observed that a majority of the reviews that have awarded five stars to this website seem to have been authored by the website's employees or associates. As a result, it is difficult to trust the authenticity of these reviews and confidently conclude that this company deserves a five-star rating.

These reviews are fake! Don't trust it to be more than 0 stars. Living in a SharedPads flat on 41 Ashlone Road got so bad, illegal entries, name on bills without permission, harassment by the owner John and manager Danilo resulted in us reporting them to the council only to find out the didn't have a license to rent out the house to 7 people. As revenge for reporting them and taking them to court, they filed a unwarranted money claim against me without informing me, leaving me with a wrecked credit score. When I took them to court to get it removed, which I won, they were deemed to pay me the cost of the trial but instead of paying John, the owner claimed to sell the company SharedPads to a farmer in Pakistan, then changes one of his hundred other companies to SharedPads housing, and continues running it without paying me the now £13,000 he owes me in damages.
So in short, this company will do anything to harm and deceive it's tenants, just to make some money.
Stay far far away from any properties owned or managed by John and Danilo, the con-artist team.

Recently completed a long-term stay in a room flatshare in Fulham. Exceptional experience—clean, well-located, and fantastic flatmates. Felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Ravi and Danilo was very kind and helpful to me, even from the start, when I was still looking for a flat. They answered every concerns that I have and until now, almost 3 months that I'm living in my current flat.

Whenever I had a concern they are just 1 text away. Thank you guys for helping me settle some of the minor problems with my other flatmates.

Communication with customers matters a lot and they are doing best in communication. They are very helpful and cooperative .

The place is great, quiet to sleep, people in the house are super polite and respectful. Great place to call home.

I am currently letting from Sharedpads. They have unlawfully put bills in my name, which went directly against my tenancy agreement, I’ve received angry messages from agents, and they do not respond to any queries. Regardless of how serious they are. The maintenance team are shabby at best and do not fix issues in the shared house with long term solutions. (Leaking toilet, loose carpet etc) PLEASE, avoid this company at all costs, do not make the same mistake I did.

I am happy to recommend Sharepads as a letting agency. We had a good experience with Sharepads renting a flat in Putney. The communication with the landlord and the agent was smooth, the viewing process was nice and easy and we had enough time to consider our options. The flat was as advertised, brand new, fully furnished, with appliances and lovely decor. We've enjoyed living here and when an issue with shower arisen it was solved by the landlord's maintenance team. Thank you Ahmed and Ravi for the so far positive experience.

I was on a limited budget & so I had to flat-share to save money. From being nervous of doing this I was delighted to find the flatmates I shared with were great people. I worked hard so had very little time for socialising but I found the flatmates were very good company & through meeting their friends have built up a great network of friends.

The flat was well located in the social part of London Fulham. it was a great experience & would suggest the same to anyone that is sociable & on a limited budget.

Rent a peaceful, furnished with all necessities and specially for working professionals who need a space/environment to live and work in shared accommodation. Very straightforward process.
It was fast and painless as it should be but so often isn’t.
Gone are the days of huge checklists and waiting for letters or making lots of phone calls. Just moving abroad but whenever have chance to come back to London SharedPads will be on my toplist to rent from.

I wanted accommodation immediately in a good location (Fulham SW6) in London. SharedPads responded immediately & set me up in their shared accommodation. The flat was in good order, lots of hot water & great flatmates. By sharing the flat the extra cost of the utility bills per month made the accommodation great value.

When I wanted to move on SharedPads was very flexible with this. I just had to advertised my bedroom in ‘Spareroom’ & find my replacement. As I live in the place this was very easy to do (to show the room & agree with the new replacement).

I would recommend them to anyone seeking good accommodation in good London locations at reasonable prices & hope they thrive in the future.

The team was very helpful. They had plenty of options in every budget. Location was good. During my stay at theor property, they helped me in case i needed any help with the repairs or maintenance. The whole process, was convenient and easy. Thank you for all the support by the team. :)

Beautiful flat. The location was great. The view was amazing, we loved having the little balcony to sit outside and enjoy a drink.

This letting agency should be taken to the cleaners for their persistent harassment and intimidation of tenants. They come to the property unannounced and let themselves in as they like.

Their properties are infested, mould and mice everywhere and toilets blackened from years of disrepair. Housemates have been contacted by utility companies for bills dating to before they had even moved in. Seems whenever a previous debt needs settling, sharedpads gives names of current housemates to utility companies to chase after.
