I recently recently purchased for the first time from the company. I was unaware that they added an approval for a monthly membership program and check out. It is not until my PayPal account came through that I realized I’ve been charged. I could not find a Canadian phone number. The chatbot eventually led a to a human, but it could take time.

If you’re in Canada, theyre charging in US $. Most credit cards result in some kind of charge for exchange.

Disappointing all

I so regret spending over £4000.00 on this tool, I only use it for engraving as it is so cumbersome.
I fell for the hype of continous updates that will improve the machine, soon after my purchase they released V2 without any prior notice which got my back up as I would have purchased the latest version. What a kick in the gahoonies that was but they then released Autopass that would make the machine a little less frustrating to use but they decided £4000 wasn't enough and want half a week's wage, if that's not bad enough, they have the cheek to ask £100 per year to use the design software that looks like Beta Version 1.01.
I purchased a XTool laser printer that comes with free design software that is 10 times better than Studio and constantly being updated.
Do yourself a favour and buy a proper CNC

Placed order for trace and it stated 3 to 5 business days and just checked my invoice as its been 7 days since order placed and it says delivery 18th November. No mention of this when I placed order .did the chat and they say orders placed now will be dispatched December. Scam

One of the few kickstarter product that I backed and actually received. The Origin is an amazing product and I love it. Easy to use and works perfectly everytime. There are lots of features that make it work the price tag.
