They arrived when they said they would. They communicated well. They were caring and respectful. This is the 4th time I have used Shamrock and I am always pleased with their work. I will use them again and I highly recommend them.

Also Jose the estimator is really nice to work with and Kim in the office is always very helpful.

From the initial quote request to move-in day, the Shamrock team was responsive, polite and efficient. The estimated quote was spot on to what we paid & the moving team was incredibly kind. They did a fantastic job packing our belongings & moving our items with care. We hope we don't have to move anytime soon but in case we do we will be a returning customer. The men were on time and very helpful for my 93 year old brother. The delivery was great and placed everything where I ask them. This is our 3rd time we have used Shamrock and we are very pleased.

Victor and team were amazing!! They went above and beyond.

They worked very quickly and were quick to ask questions about what to move and where to place it. Not all items in our apartment were being moved. They were able to deal with an elevator outage on the receiving end.

Our experience was mixed. The crew worked very hard and (with one major exception) had a great attitude. They worked were quick and the entire move was finished within a day as planned. The major issue throughout the day was the “foreman” in charge. He had a terrible attitude throughout the day. This may have partly been because of a miscommunication between the estimator and him, but there really was no good excuse for this attitude.

The most important items arrived intact (e.g., a piano). However, several pieces of furniture were damaged and we have not had time to look into repairs.

We were also charged (we learned after the fact, which we feel was poor business practice) for some packing materials even though they picked them up a day or so later and will use them again with future clients.

The movers did a great job packing rooms of furniture and then unpacking at our new address. They were on time and never seemed to stop working. Moving is hard, but Shamrock helped a whole lot.
