Designer sunglasses at a great price
This is the first time I have purchased sunglasses online. I found the website really helpful particularly with the exact sizes clearly shown. This meant I could use the measurements from my old glasses to get the same fit. Delivery was really quick and I am absolutely delighted with my new sunglasses. Really good prices too and I will definitely be ordering again.

Sent Me the Same Problematic Sunglasses After I Returned Them
Very disappointing experience.
I ordered Ray-Ban Clubmaster sunglasses from Shade Station twice: Order 5015545 and Order 5032211.
I returned the first pair because one arm did not sit flat, the glasses sat unevenly on my face, and the frame/hinges made a creaking noise.
Before placing the second order, I explained all three problems in detail and specifically asked Shade Station to make sure the new pair was brand new, unused and carefully checked before dispatch.
Despite this, I received what was, in my experience, the same pair I had already returned, with the same issues.
What disappointed me most was that I had clearly explained the problems and specifically asked them to check the second order, yet my concerns appeared to be ignored.
After this experience with two orders, I have lost confidence in Shade Station and would not buy from them again.
