Shocking, their customer service won't respond, no good experience at all, I will not buy anything from here

Sent back a ring 3 months ago as a piece had fallen off and I am still waiting for a replacement . I have asked for a refund but they have refused to give me one - I would highly recommend you DO NOT use this company

This was my first time using shades of time and it was fantastic. Great little gift purchased, delivered on time and great quality. Very happy and I will definitely use this company again.

I never write reviews but was skeptical buying off this company as I had not heard of them! - Do not panic they are legit!

Ordered 8/7/20 delivered 9/7/20 with their next day delivery service which was only around £4.
Packaging was neat, and delivery was all COVID safe via Royal Mail.

Really happy to find a bag with these guys that was out of stock at the main retailer. I hadn't heard of them before so was slightly cautious but really fast delivery, very professional business and great first time buyer experience.

Can I start by saying please don’t take any notice of the bad reviews. I placed my order at 11:50am with free delivery and I received my order at 12:30pm the following day. Now that is amazing service for free delivery. The website was easy to use and I received email / text confirmations about my delivery. If only all companies operated like this. I will most certainly be using this company again. A* from start to finish.

Disgusting service. They haven't replied to my email, I haven't had an email confirmation and I don't know hat is going on. If you can't provide good customer service you shouldn't be trading.

They were the first ones to have the full new collection available for delivery, and delivered very quickly. They were also absolutely fantastic in handling the replacement of a faulty product. I can only recommend them!

Ordered my goods, received them two days later, no charge for postage and packing......wonderful... will definately use this site again....and my Chopard Sunglasses look great!
