Just taken my blinds down for their annual clean - installed 2023. They looked quite dirty as we have plenty of flies here. However, after a wash and a return to their hooks they are as good as new. Great company, excellent product. Happy me.

This is a very professional company. I wanted some blinds that were not the usual fit and shape to most blinds. After speaking to the team at ShadePlus they were able to very quickly understand what I was looking for and the sample material and graphic design arrived soon after. The most complicated bit for me was to measure the conservatory and send over the dimensions (which was not very hard at all). All in all a 5 star company

Great product and excellent customer service. We wanted to give our small conservatory a bit of wow and reduce the heat. This company produced something that did both!

Starting at the end, the sails are fabulous. High quality and easy to fit using the clear instructions from InShade, they really add something extra to the room. They reduce glare and heat as promised, but it is the aesthetic that others notice.

Back to the beginning, the company have customer service that sets the standard. Literally nothing was too much trouble. All the contacts were friendly and helpful, but special mention of Cat and Matt. The process involved an on line session with Cat which was fun. She was very skilled and imaginative and made excellent suggestions to help us achieve the look we wanted. The next day Matt sent us a video impression of how it would all look. Matt was our main contact and was astonishingly quick in responding to e-mails and calls.

Quite simply, this company stands out for customer experience - and the product is brilliant. 10 star!

Received excellent customer service from this company. Very helpful, courteous & knowledgeable about their product. We purchased our conservatory blinds which duly arrived and with their advice were easy to install, we are very pleased with them and would recommend InShade Sale Blinds without reservation.

Excellent service right from the first contact with InShade. Fabrics swatches sent and designs discussed, as i live in Cornwall i am rather a long way away from them…..
Luckily my partner is great at DIY (and likes a project) so decided to get measuring instructions from InShade and proceed on that basis. The sails were delivered on an agreed date and we fitted them to replace the old pleated roof blinds. I can only say they look awesome…. And InShade were only a call away if we had questions. And self fitting definitely possible.

What a pleasure to work with Inshade. From the first enquiry through to the fitting it was a wonderful experience. We had lots of guidance with taking the initial measurements. We then received a video showing us the proposed design in 3d which was excellent. Then the online design consultation to discuss the initial design was really helpful. Everyone we dealt with was excellent. Matt who came to take the final measurements and then fit them went above and beyond. We chose the fitting service which we felt was very reasonable as he had a long journey to get to us. We’re thrilled with the sails, they look amazing. Thank you to everyone involved. We contacted inShade to get custom made sails for our conservatory, we had been looking for a solution to reduce glare and heat in the space since moving into the property a couple of years prior. The team at in Shade was great in explaining the tecnical specifications of the products, they helped custom made the shape of the sails and solve installing issues with the box gutter. We were able to measure and even fit the sails ourselves thanks to their expert advice. Our sails fit the decor of the space and are a great addition to our conservatory. They do the job well and are also pretty stylish. Great expertise and great customer service experience.

I came upon InShade during a web search. I've never had a conservatory and so was unsure what my needs were. All I knew was that I didn't want my plants to fry in an all-glass conservatory. I contacted InShade and spent quite some time discussing my concerns. I was instantly impressed with the clear and honest recommendations I received. The service is second to none, the price is very reasonable and the virtual design team who helped me visualise what the sail might look like in my conservatory was just wonderful. I love my sail. It looks lovely, is a quality product and is exactly as described by the InShade team. Sails look so much nicer than concertina, remote-control blinds. And you can clean them more easily.

You could not wish for a better product and service. The whole process was easy from start to finish and all the staff are really helpful and make the whole process enjoyable.

The sails were easy to fit and while getting the measurements was interesting due to the height. InShade were on hand to offer advice and were even happy to send us a Infra Red tape measure.

Now the sails are up they look brilliant and the quality of the sails is great. Can fully recommend the sails as retro fit solution to providing shade and to reducing the temperature in a room.

Amazing service, I am a manager of a children's service and we use our conservatory as an education area. However, we were finding we were unable to use the area to full capacity due to the sunlight and heat. Matt was brilliant, he was able to provide a material and a design that would suit. We were supported throughout the process and the results are fantastic. I would highly recommend this service.

Even though my project was only a tiny one, a single sail blind for a roof light, the In-Shade team were brilliant at helping me to look at options and develop the right design. The measuring instructions were really clear. The final sail was very easy to install ourselves, it fits perfectly, it looks great and works well to shade and stop glare.

From the first email through to the last telephone call to triple check measurements, the team have been fantastic. the sails are of great quality, very easy to install, and the process has been very smooth. Would highly recommend them.

Just had our sails fitted today they look amazing we have a south facing large conservatory and didn’t like the look of roof blinds as they remind us of a granny conservatory - these are stunning we can’t try out the heat yet but we are hoping they will help in the summer and they do help with the glare . Service was fantastic from start to finish as we were worried about taking our own measurements as these are custom , yes they are expensive but totally worth it and we ended up getting out handyman to fit them as my husband and I didn’t have time which was really cheap rather than using a recommended InShade contractor 😃

Purchased sails to reduce the glare in our south-facing conservatory. We are very happy with the sails, they look great, wash beautifully, and even help with the heat, which we did not expect with our aged polycarbonate roof. They are definitely worth paying a little more for. The whole team are just brilliant, very helpful, instructions are clear but they are happy to help if needed. Highly recommended.

Really great product. The whole process from design to installation was quick, simple and has made the world of difference to how we use our conservatory. Very happy!

First class help and advice by the InShade team throughout the process. The sails are now installed and look fantastic, perform as described in reducing glare and heat. Lots of compliments from club members and no complaints which is a rarity for any change we make at the club! The cost was a big concern for us and it's hard to tell from the samples how good the final outcome will be. We needn't have worried, the sails are great.

All done by phone due to covid but very professionally done and all the measuring and fitting instructions were clear and concise. The blinds themselves are excellent and have made a big difference to the conservatory.

Final product met with expectations, fits perfectly and is high quality. Shades have retained their colour throughout the summer season and look great.
