Well looked after in store good price and delivery was great just a 2 day wait delivery driver was spot on putting it together and removing all rappers 10/10

Ordered an oak dining table from Shackletons and I’m honestly so impressed. Delivery was very prompt, and the team who brought it were the most helpful, kind and polite gentlemen, they really went out of their way for us. The table looks great, and the whole experience was just smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely use the company again and happily recommend them.

Lovey shop with some beautiful pieces of furniture.
Bought a Beautiful bed but sadly had issues with the bed not fitting up the stairs on delivered so it had to be taken back.
Was refunded straight away.

Lovely item but absolutely no communication regarding delivery. Order confirmation email and that was it. Luckily I was home when it was delivered. Also, website said free delivery but I was charged £29:95!!

I had the best customer service for the 2nd time purchasing items from them. I sent an email asking if they would price match for a shelf unit being sold cheaper at a different shop and I got a phone call within minutes. Customer service asked me to refresh the site page and it turned out to be cheaper. I got my new unit in less than a week. I will continue to promote them on my facebook account and continue to purchase items I want through Shackleton.

We ordered a bed from Shackletons. The bed is beautiful but unfortunately was damaged . We would recommend if you are elderly to take advantage of their service to deliver , assemble and removal of packaging . This was our error. The after sales customer care proved to be excellent , particularly Linzi who understood our frustration and resolved the situation . Just what you would hope for from a family business.

Excellent service and quality chairs
In July 2025 I ordered 2 Salisbury chairs. These chairs are sold by other retailers but Shackletons price was the cheapest we could find and the company had good reviews. We were originally told they would be delivered in August but I later received an apology as there were no chairs in stock. We were advised it could be early December before they were delivered as they were made and coming from overseas. I have since established that it is fairly typical to wait that long for furniture deliveries. Shackletons sent an email telling me when the chsirs were in transit from overseas. Once ready for delivery from UK I received an email and text and was able to track the position. Delivery service was excellent. I was kept informed of approximate time throughout the delivery day.

The chairs were so well packaged it would've been impossible for them to get damaged in transit.

Despite the wait I am extremely pleased with my purchase and Shackletons' service.

I recently ordered the Vancouver Round Extending Dining Table from Shackleton’s Home and Garden, and I’m absolutely delighted with both the product and the service. The website was easy to use, and the ordering process was straightforward from start to finish.

We where told that the store was dog friendly, we had gone in to purchase £3000 table and chairs, also the a garden set in the sale, around £2000, then asked to leave because we had a very well trained dog. Their loss, it’s no Sandersons

All the staff we met in the store were really friendly and welcoming, but we must make special mention of Ellie who made us feel really welcome and talked us through the Gluten Free options available. We would also like to mention Rachel, Scarlett, Lucy and Davine who all made our visit to the cafe a real treat. I am Gluten intolerant and have to say that the bakers, Sarah and Alison made the best Gluten Free scone I have ever had and my wife thought the White Chocolate and Pistachio cake was delicious as well . Well done to Shackletons at Fox Valley.
