Poor customer service

I am really disappointed with the customer service I experienced. Not being from the local area, I noticed the sign for this company and thought I would pop in for some advice about banners. Unfortunately, the woman on reception was extremely rude and abrupt, which completely put me off. First impressions matter, and this was not the kind of welcome you’d expect from a business.

Great Service

We used SG World for an event to print tickets for us. We have in the past lost revenue due to fake tickets but after using SG World we where able to notice any attempt to fake. Will use for next event. Thanks
