Great service and great quality . Really nicely surprised .

I ordered a garden table and 2 weeks later had a text message with a delivery date. On the day nothing arrived and no responses to my calls/ messages. When I eventually spoke to someone 3 days later, they claimed no delivery date had been set (in spite of the fact i had a text from them !) and could give me no idea of when my delivery would be. Truly awful customer service! I am now waiting but needless to say I will never buy from this company again and I would warn anyone thinking about it, not to expect much in terms of customer service. I would have cancelled my order but I truly feared I would lose the money I had already paid as deposit and for delivery.

Placed an order via Amazon. They missed the first delivery date stating no one answered the door even though I work from home and stayed in all day. Delivery was rearranged for the following weekend and a few days later I received a refund with no information just that they had cancelled the order.

Bought a gazebo from Andre through eBay. The item never got delivered and the company ignored all correspondence. I have had judgement against them through the courts and await payment.
Stay well away from this company.

Well without saying too much about the company that sold it on behalf of Staffordshire garden furniture 🤔
BUT they kept changing the delivery date and then I had a knock at the door early this morning and yes it was my delivery.

I would like to commend Paul from the garden furniture company who delivered it this morning at 8:20 a.m. and I was the fourth drop-off. He assembled it for me at my request. Lovely solid good quality wood

Ordered a small love seat from them through Amazon, item just didn't turn up and no communication from them and unable to contact them, thankfully Amazon refunded my money.

Saw these guys at a market in Stratford Upon Avon and liked the table, 2 double benches and 2 chairs set. I took the gamble and ordered a set for delivery. They arrived on time and were exactly the same as the display ones. Absolutely fantastic quality and unbelievable value for money. Excellent.

Don't bother paid nearly 2 grand for a gazebo with a skylight only for it to crack and leak straight away phoned them they promised to fix it they didn't phoned them again only to find out I had been blocked going to probably have to pay out for a different roof now this business are a joke

This is our second gazzebo bulit with this company ..but however we have had an issue with the roof which has been leaking since the actual build .they did come back out and reseal the roof but there are visable cracks in it ...I have contacted them to day four times with them responding saying they will need to get this replaced..but now its been weeks and there hasn't been any action in actually doing any repair...this structure is under one year old and was over £2000

Horrible experience buying from them. Although turned up only a day late but I was still happy it arrived. Soon I felt disappointed as 6 big and heavy chairs and a massive table were left on the kerbside. The driver handed over the screws and left expecting me to take it to the back garden and assemble them myself. despite the description stating the furniture will arrive pre assembled. I don’t know why some people had left 5⭐️ review? Is it my skin tone they did not like 🤷

What can I say, where do I begin? Fantastic is just not a strong enough word to use. This company from the start of my order to the completion of the installation have been nothing short of phenomenal. Professional from beginning to end. Excellent communication throughout explaining every step of the way. Even on the day of installation, I was informed when they would be here, and was that convenient. The guys who did the assembly were absolutely brilliant. The swing is a birthday present for she who must be obeyed, and she loves it. A good size, and solidly constructed. I wish all companies behaved like this one does. An absolute pleasure to deal with you, and we hope to place further orders with you in the future. Many many thanks to you all. Brilliant, absolutely brilliant.

My new patio table was delivered today and I could not be happier. It is exactly as described, well built and very robust, without being too heavy for me to lug about now and then. And props to the delivery driver who was professional, cheerful and efficient. Many thanks.

Bought a lovely table & 4 chairs from Staffordshire Garden Furniture.
I left my side door key for the driver & got home to find he had delivered and assembled on my patio.
What a great solid set , very comfortable & looks fantastic.

I bought two tables and four chairs. The quality was far superior than anything I could find locally and at an unbeatable price. Although I found them on Amazon, I like to buy directly if I can and I did. Received a text to inform of delivery date and they arrived on that date. They offered to carry them through the lounge to the garden as we don't have a side gate. It was a nice touch to offer. Very well-made, good attention to detail and sturdy. We've had a few compliments. I would buy from this company again.

Outstanding company. My patio set was delivered within a week. Love the fact they offer cash on delivery.
Driver was organised and efficient. Called when he was 30 min away. Live the fact they use their own driver.
Product is lovely quality and looks beautiful on my sandstone patio.

Ordered a table and six chairs and I'm absolutely delighted with them. They took about a month to arrive but are really well made, solid and look wonderful. The chairs arrived fully made and the table legs and braces were attached to the table top on arrival. Delivery driver was lovely.

I used this company a few years ago with no problems so decided to buy from them again. Ordered another 2 chairs and an swing arbour. Firstly it didn't turn up the day it was meant too, we did get a call to say lorry had broken down but the call was quite late in the day. Ok I thought that can happen to anyone, driver said it would be delivered the next week but it was actually 2 weeks later. I was at work when it came so didn't see it until a couple of days later. When I looked I noticed it had been put together wrong, the back bar has been connected so high the it's impossible to actually swing in the seat. I've emailed several times with no response, won't be buying from them again. Shame really cos the furniture itself is great.
I've now got to find someone to rectify they problem, being an older person I can't do it myself.
