I've ordered a beautiful dress on the 31st of May. It was supposed to be delivered at a Budbee pick up point, on the 6th of June, according to DPD. However, tracking kept changing date and was eventually returned to supplier Sezane. I've replied that I still wanted the dress, even tho I've been waiting for 2 weeks at that point. After a few days, I've received a new tracking from PostNL. It was supposed to be delivered today, so I worked from home so I wouldn't miss it. Again, tracking is now showing it has not yet been received by PostNL, while yesterday, it said it was going to be delivered between 9 and 11 in the morning. I'm slowly losing faith I will ever receive my package. When asking the helpdesk for help, the reply is basically 'check your tracking. It says this and this', like I'm stupid. I hope I'll still receive my dress, but will never order here again.

Overall, I am pleased with the items I’ve purchased from Sézane. I purchased three dresses (Dory, Donna and Fabiola), the Dahlia shirt, Barry cardigan, Justine basket bag and Rosa Low sandals. All items are true to size and of good quality. My only complaint is about the sandals. The very first time I wore them the sole peeled back almost immediately and there isn’t any cushion or support. The sore is very hard and therefore not very comfortable. The second night I wore them, the sole on the other sandals peeled back. I took them to a cobbler to glue the soles back on and it held up briefly but then peeled back again. I’m disappointed as these were expensive sandals. However, they are very pretty and the leather is soft and comfortable.

what is going on with sezanes pant sizing atm???? i have multible pants from them in size 36 that fits perfectly. Then i ordered a new pair of the same model in same size that is now way too small, i then order a size 38 which is still way too small and i couldn't even feel a difference from the 36. Really bad sizing and not at all true to size anymore. I even still fit the measurement guide for the 36 so it can't be right that i actually would have to go up to a 40 or even 42. I dont know if they have changed their sizing but it seems like it. If i were them i would make the clothes fit a lot more true to size. It's really annoying spending time returning 2 packages.

£8 delivery seemed steep, but I really liked the look of the dress. So I ordered it.
EVERY item of clothing I have is size 10, so that is what I chose. It arrived promptly but was very small. I looked on the website and in the tiniest writing it says that for this dress the sizing is small….if they know this why not size it to be expected.
I wanted to exchange for a bigger size, but the onl6 option was to return, get the refund and then but again.
And I then discovered they charged me another £8 to return it!
£16 in charges to try on a dress that they advertised in a size that they acknowledge is bigger, in a font size that most won’t notice than what the dress is, is very misleading - obviously I gave up on rebuying in the bigger/right size

LE: It is not true that Sezane team came back to me by email. The only response I received from Sezane was mentioned in the Whatsapp messages exchanged this morning and mentioned by me in the body of this review.

Initial review: I requested Sezane "Customer Service" to allow me to return an item ordered some time ago in order to purchase a bigger size. I was aware that the item was outside of its return allowance period, however there was stock on the Sezane side on every single size which tells something about the market response on it. The response from the customer service was fast and with a "No, we do not accept returns outside the return period nor that we accept exchanges". And then a lot of blabla with how much the company values their customers' feedback. Voila, here is mine! I returned all the orders that I purchased in the last weeks that qualify for the return and I will not place another order to replace my item on hand. Needless to mention the orders placed only this year in value of thousands of EUR. Good business, Sezane!

I’m obsessed with the Sézane. Apart from the clothes (which I love), customer service is excellent and the somehow manage to give a personal touch through online shopping. Returns are free and super easy.
