awesome products! umm, yeah like OMG! we got the shoe chair in the colors that matched our room and it was like totally the coolest thing ive ever seen! we also got a green jumper desk which is really cool and bright and perfect! i read that other customers post about the return policy...umm what do you think they're just gonna cover the costs of everything? they would be out of biz in like 2 months if the just let you return everything free of charge. returning a big fat desk or sofa is just a bit more pricey than returning a pair of shoes at zappos. hello!

Terrible return policy
The chair we received was adequte but their return policy is abhorent. After they charge you for the free shipping to you, and you pay the return shipping and their 20% "restocking" fee you'de be better off keeping it and selling at a yard sale, as we did. Be very very certain you want their product, unseen, before you order. We'll never purchase from them again.

Unfortunately, we do have to incur costs to ship products to you even if we offer free shipping. Additionally, all of the manufacturers that we work with charge us restocking fees should we return anything. In order to stay in business and continue offering excellent products, we unfortunately can not absorb these costs.
