Great Customer Service
I had a really good customer service experience. I ordered 3 products and all 3 came quickly however one product wasn't working. I wrote in and got a response back the same day. I tried their troubleshooting options and when that failed they were able to send me a new one that did work the next day. Super helpful!

Ordered 3 items on 9/22. Received 2 of them within a week! Third item says shipped but no movement on tracking #. Emailed support on 10/1 and was told there is an investigation open. I would be perfectly happy with either a refund or the item. Now 10/17 and no further response or resolution. Crickets. Lost cause?

FYI: The full purchase price for the two products that are both going to come back to you was about double the refund amount, fyi. Two products shipped from two different warehouses, according to the rep I spoke with.
