Where do I start
Where do I start? They have an amazing range of products at great prices. The deals are not only better than other large online retailers but they offer great 0% finance deals over sensible time periods.
Delivery was the following with DPD which was amazing with their trackable app. All together, a great, smooth purchase.

Other retailers could learn a lesson here
Fast and very efficient service backed up by DPD delivery.
Few places seem to stock Tuners these days being replaced by Streamers but I prefer to be old fashioned and happy with my purchase here.

TV purchase
I'll start with the purchase experience which was with no any issues at all in terms of communication with the sales team and the payment process as well, I've purchased brand new Sony Bravia 8A 65" had it delivered on the 19/8/2026 but what I've actually received was I reckon some previous return or exdisplay etc,who knows what it was,box wasn't factory sealed with banding straps,inside the box side protection foam missing,no screen protector,some dodgy torn apart shrink wrap around the box,nicely said disgusting delivery! and according to them it's nothing unusual for Sony to deliver like that,which personally I think that's not true, I've offered pay the difference and go for higher model just to swap units that's not possible,to swap for the same one there's no guarantee it will not arrive in the same condition,so started to return very next day and I've been told to have the TV secured for transport which made me laugh because two people delivered it holding bottom and top on each side to hold it together,so TV returned, money refunded and went to Currys instead and decided for Sony Bravia 8ii and arrived as it should,so that's my story from sevenoaks sound and vision purchase, first and the last that's for sure and I can say the worst experience with the purchase ever so far!!! Shame I can't give zero stars

We would like to reassure you that we only sell new stock unless an item is very clearly advertised otherwise. However, from your description of the packaging, we can certainly understand why you were concerned that the television may previously have been opened or returned. If, through an error somewhere in the process, a returned unit was sent to you, we sincerely apologise.
We’re also sorry that we weren’t able to provide a replacement solution that gave you sufficient confidence to continue with the purchase. We appreciate that the television was returned and a full refund issued, but recognise that this does not undo the inconvenience or disappointment caused.
Thank you for acknowledging that the initial sales and payment experience was positive, and we’re genuinely sorry that the delivery ultimately resulted in such a poor overall impression of Sevenoaks Sound & Vision.

Great customer service
Great customer service, and very helpful with helping me make a decision on what was best for me. I was able to view a demonstration of the quality of the 4k blu ray player, that I was interested in too. Which really helped. Would definitely come back to that store when I need anything else
