No customer service. Fake site. Ghosts.

I sent Mattaio a message before buying, and he responded the next day. But the moment I purchased 3 shirts online, he ghosted me. No tracking, no shirts, no replies.

I was forced to file a chargeback, which I won immediately because he couldn't provide even basic proof of delivery.

I strongly advise avoiding their online store entirely. Initiating a chargeback with my credit card company was the only way to get my money back. These disputes reflect poorly on his business and are the only way to stop future sales.

It is honestly disappointing to see this kind of scammy behavior from someone who claims to represent the festival lifestyle. If you see this brand at Shambhala, keep walking—and definitely don't order from the website.

HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS??? Yes, they do have cool clothing and decent quality IF you can ever get it! My husband ordered a tank/jogger set 3 months ago (ordered October 9, 2024.) He received the tank on November 16, 2024 but not the joggers. He’s emailed them multiple times and no-one will respond. The reviews on their site of course are all positive as they have control of what reviews they publish.

I don’t understand how a company can do such poor business/customer service and still be allowed to stay open. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!! Spend your money somewhere that you will actually get what you paid for…. this is ridiculous.

Shame on you Set4Lyfe- the LEAST you could do is email your customers back regarding the status of their order. **I will update my review IF I ever receive the complete order. But even then… get it together and don’t leave your customers hanging!

I placed an order back in April and never got it. I reached out to them by email, on shop.com and on Instagram and got absolutely no response! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

I payed my order, they never send me this payed order. So I never got what I paid. They also never replied on any of my messages. No any reply since February 2024. Now is July 2024.

Just today after I publish this I Got mail that my order went to spam and they are solving incinvenient asap. Looking forward for my order as I really love their stuff.

Ordered 7 months ago still haven’t recovered order. Got one response email after 3 months saying still working on order. Zero response for the next 4 months. Definitely a scam

Ordered Dec 26. It is now May 8, no product, no emails. I got a message on Instagram from them (after I tagged them in a post saying DO NOT BUY FROM THEM) that I'd be receiving an email with shipping update for my handmade order soon. That was almost a month ago and nothing. Ridiculous.

It is a bummer because my order in 2021 was timely and was great.

Almost 6 months later i had to ask PayPal to reimburse me as I never received my item or a non automatic reply to my email. I would NOT recommend them at all

Amazing clothing. Really nice colours and fabric. Took a little longer than I expected to receive my order but their products are hand-made and it was well worth the wait.

Use PayPal if you must and open a dispute in 30 days if the item isn't at your door.
Ordered in April, took months to get the order after hounding on email, FB, Instagram, and no phone number to call them.
Finally got the order and two items were way to big, the sizing guide on the website needs to be corrected (I informed the owner but didn't care). So we sent half the order back, shipping paid by us, restock fee and then a difference in the cost for the items we chose instead. Never heard from again... So I finally decided to Get PayPal involved.

Summary is, great products, ran by a one man small buisness to a person who is to busy going on tour (as he explained to me or at shamabala music festival) then to manage his business. Complete hassle to deal with, little to no communication and the sizing charts arnt always accurate.
So do buisness at your own risk.
We ordered in April to get gear for a show come September... Still didn't happen, so ya.

I give them 2 stars because the clothing is still cool but whatever you do, don't pay for express shipping. Ordered 3 different items of clothing for express shipping. Got two of the items a month later and the last shirt another month after that. Not great.

TERRIBLE customer service, takes "6 weeks to make it to order" and then forever to ship. I won't be getting my order because no one responded to me once I found that out - all I wanted to do was try to arrange shipping to a different address. They have cool stuff but its too much of a pain in the butt to get the actual product and the customer service is non existent. Reminiscent of a cheap, scarcity mindset business owner who tries to scrape every penny at the cost of actual customer service. Would not recommend.

I ordered a Hoodie on their website in april 2019, received a complete misproduction in may and contacted the
merchant. the item did not look like the item on the website at all.
the merchant replied and said that there must have been a misprint at the shop "obviously haha".
He said that he should be able to get me a replacement shipped out asap.
The replacement I received was the exact same misproduction from the first time.
So i contacted the merchant about it again.
I asked for a refund this time, but the merchant said that the production and shipping costs each
time are too high, it would be too much loss for him to refund, and still bad if he would send me another replacement hoodie, but not as bad!
He only sends replacements for mistakes
or does exchanges if it's the sizing.

Now it is middle of july, 3 months later, i neither received the replacement product, nor did i get a refund.
The merchant does not respond to my messages anymore.

Plus I wrote a review on the Set4Lyfe website for the product, which never got published.
