On the website delivery time shown was 1-2 days. The email i received after 2days said 1-2weeks. After 1 month I contacted the shop myself to know how long it woud take. I received my order well after 6weeks. I would have appreciated it if I was kept up to date from the beginning. Now my present was too late for the party I bought it for...

Bedankt voor uw email en feedback, dat gebruiken bij het verbeteren van onze dienstverlening. Op de website wordt aangegeven dat wanneer de artikelen op voorraad zijn, de levertijd 1 werkdag is anders 1-2 weken. U heeft de artikelen inderdaad na 2,5 week geleverd gekregen. We hadden u op de hoogte moeten stellen van de iets langere levertijd, die ontstond door feestdagen in Duitsland. Wij vinden het vervelend dat uw bestelling nu te laat was voor het feest. Hopelijk werd het cadeau alsnog gewaardeerd!
Considerate and careful
As soon as it was established that my order could not be instantly executed because one item happened to be out of stock, I was informed accordingly as well as that I could expect to receive everything not until the following week. A week later I did, with every individual item carefully wrapped.

One side note. Shipping with DHL is horror. What a nightmare to get the package.

The spoon i was sent is not the size described on line
The spoon i was sent is not the size that wAs described for sale. I used their chat service one week ago to ask for the right sized spoon and despite wendy promising a response via email, one week later no communication! So now i have an odd spoon in a full 16pc dinner service! Really poor customer service.
