Biggest piece of crap, that's how you can describe the customer service in this company, they even refuse to answer us by the BBB, still have all documents and evidence but they don't give a dmn about what they are doing, crap, scam, fraud.

Poor website design our website is more better than their website.
They have closed our account after we signed up in their service, we didn't send any email, We signed up and all we got was rejected from their team.
Their team are really poor, they can't even speak English, simply cause they are from the middle East speaking that third world language.
Even, the emails that they sent me I've received them in my Junk/Spam Folder.

The service was a great when we start paying for some things that we don't have to pay for, they charged us 250$ annually to have multiple shared IPs, they called it a smart routing but there's nothing smart in there, which is ridiculous even their competitors are providing that plan as free.
The customer support is so poor honestly, we asked them to change one of our IPs and they changed it after 2 weeks from the demand after frustrating us over and over.
We did have a problem, and they didn't understand the issue that we had, one of our colleagues publicly shared our smtp relay user and password on github platform, we tried to explain the situation to the customer service and they just don't care, they suspended our account which is I totally understand because they had to protect their IPs we asked them bunch of times to add 2nd authentication same as TWILIO with Authy or by our phone number and simply they don't have that, we asked them to use our domain redirection link and they don't have that also, extremely poor choice.
The sending process is so slow and so poor, if you choose a pro plan which is included a dedicated IP, they going to provide you a shared IP already has been sent through other businesses.
The only reason, I'm giving this review 2 Stars instead of one because one of their agents is so professional and did all the best, if that agent wasn't helpful, I'll give you 1.
Completely giant waste of time and money, if someone logged in your account they not going to send you a notification about the IP that logged in your account.
Poor customer service except the agent that I spoke about previously, completely poor and so slow transmission even some of their IPs are blacklisted in some Internet service provider or cables.
I hate giving bad reviews about some services but sometimes you have no choice.

Horrible company that condones spammers and doesn't accept emails to their abuse email address advertised on the website. When you report a spammer they immediately reject the email to their abuse address. This company is in violation of the federal CAN-SPAM act and should be shut down by the FTC.
