FiTech 2 x 4 1200hp Power Adder Kit
From first contact the Serck team were very helpful with my questions. They were all answered fully by Steve the FiTech technical guy.
There was a full explanation of possible delays due to shipping etc.
I placed the order on the website without any problems.
Then the items arrived within a week, not the three that had been mentioned.
Top marks all round.

Quality Part and Service, Some Items May Not Be In Stock For Immediate Delivery
Placed order online and got a call back to say the part was on back order and might take a couple of weeks to arrive. I wasn't desperate for it so that was no problem. I followed up with another call a fortnight later and was told that due to Covid the US supplier had a delay in delivering but that in another week or so would be able to complete. Part arrived, well packed about 10 days later. Quality, communication and service was good.
