We had a bit a nightmare where a rebrand really taken our rankings, so the goal has been to recover then grow. Our account manager has been great with timelines and keeping us in the loop, and we've got a whole team behind the scenes handles the tech improvements and articles. We've seen our rankings improving month on month and also in the AI answers bits. Having them take the lead on the onsite stuff rather than pushing it back on us has been the biggest win. Really impressed with the communication and progress so far!

We're in a really niche industry, but tom, Jack, and the rest of the team managed to get their heads around our business model quickly. They've basically taken over the backend of our site, fixed speed issues that were flagging up, and worked right alongside our in-house designers to get the structure spot on.

We have monthly Google Meets where we actually look at our original brief to see if we're hitting targets, and they aren't afraid to pivot if we need to focus elsewhere. If you're thinking of hiring them, my only advice is to have a solid brief ready to go so everyone is on the same page from day one.

We brought these guys on to manage our PPC. We chose them after a free audit they did for us, and their experience in the field was pretty clear. Working with two of their team members right now and their knowledge is impressive, always quick to respond to any random questions or concerns I have. It's still early days but results have been impressive and hoping for more to come, happy with the choice so far!

I've been using The SEO Works for over 12 months now, for both organic SEO/GEO and also Google PPC, and can honestly say the service and results from my team there have been amazing. **Important note on the reply given by the SEOWorks, below. I have the analytics reports open in front of me, and there was no improvement in organic traffic. The only temporary improvement came from an article we wrote ourselves.

Also, the CEO has not reached out by phone. The only communication we ever received from the CEO an email was to attempt to have our endorsement of another negative review removed. When we refused we received no further communication. Make of this what you will.**

We encountered the exact issues reported by Steve in another review here.

We saw no benefit whatsoever in our SEO traffic despite a six-month investment, and raised our concerns on multiple occasions; and during multiple calls and emails throughout the campaign. We have in writing where we raised the issues in detail.

The low point of the campaign was probably when we alerted TheSeoWorks that we had been completely delisted from Bing during their efforts; they had not noticed. We asked them to investigate and resolve, which never happened. So we actually ended the campaign in a worse position than we started.

We terminated the contract at the first possible opportunity (6 months and £12k+ spent).

After complaining, we attended a campaign review meeting at the end of the six months, at the end of which one of their representatives suggested the single solution of pausing the work in case we wished to restart later. We did not.

Many months later, we received an email from TheSeoWorks’ CEO, which we expected would be to apologise and to look to make up for the terrible results they had provided, on a complimentary basis.

Instead, he asked that we remove our endorsement of someone else’s negative review so it would not be so prominent when people searched for TheSeoWorks.

We sent a detailed reply explaining the poor service we had received, and that we would not remove our review as a result.

They failed to respond.

SEO Works helps me to improve conversions, manage PPC and grow organic traffic. Since working with them I have seen a complete shift. Organic now drives most of our visits. I have been able to optimize AD spend while getting far better results. They also help with AI answers. Genuinely impressed by their commitment to our goals and the quality of support.

Their PPC works is about six months in and we've already seen clear improvements in how efficiently we're spending. Cost are down year on year, and revenue has stayed steady. On the SEO side, we've seen big gains in keyword ranking and visibility. They're easy to work with and good at explaining thing. You feel confident in where your budget's going, and the results speak for themselves.
