Customer Service for Incident Resolution: Quick and Friendly Support
I had an issue with my umbrella as it broke, so I reached out to customer service. Initially, I didn’t have the purchase receipt, and they didn’t offer me many options to solve the problem. However, after I insisted a bit, they suggested the possibility of a repair. Finally, I managed to find the receipt and sent it over, and they quickly took care of everything.
Despite the initial hurdle, I ended up receiving excellent service. I’m very pleased with the fast resolution and the kindness of the team. Thanks for your support!

The umbrella is fine but using DPD as shipping partner is usually a bad idea. DPD is currently the most unreliable shipping company in Germany. The drivers stay inside of the car and do not even try to use the door bell. Or they simply drop stuff directly at the front door.

The best umbrella you can get
I already got a senz as a present once, so I knew the quality would be fantastic. Unfortunately, I lost it. So this time, I chose the micro version to be able to put it in my bag, always have it with me and don't lose it again! I live in a windy place, so with my senz, I'm sure to be comfortable and stress free, while all the people around me are running after their flipped umbrellas. No worries to hurt someone, and, the best part for me: the person is in the driest spot in the middle undef the umbrella, not the stick/handle! 🥰
The delivery was so fast that I was even able to take it with me on my trip to a rainy country.

Poor quality of products
I bought an automatic folding umbrella this year and first I had to return it because it was off the bat defective. Now I have to return the replacement I received because it also has become defective after five uses. They do not mention to you as well that you have to pay for shipping their crap product for repairs and that any repairs that will cost more than 25 EUR is not covered. This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth considering that I've bought three Senz umbrellas in the past and they functioned just fine. But now it looks like their production quality has significantly decreased. After this nightmare of repair is resolved, you can best believe I am never buying anything from Senz again.
UPDATE: I emailed customer service.

The umbrella is badly balanced this being by dint of its geometric shape. You will always be struggling to keep the brolly centered. None of the images that advertise this umbrella make you aware that there are two flaps of material that serve the purpose of securing the umbrella when folded. These flaps are unsightly and annoying as they flap around in the wind. In summary l do not feel that the overall quality of the umbrella merits the ££s that i payed out,
Delivery was prompt with good communication from the courier.

Wrong umbrella received but was appreciative of the speedy resolution.
Umbrella is great and seems durable but am yet to test in heavy wind and rain.
Would be great if the clips on the canopy were more secure, as they sometimes pop off
